Hi! I've delivered 2 babies, my first one with an epidural & second baby natural. If you can, try the natural delivery choice. The recovery after the birth is much quicker than if epidural is used! Praying for you for a beautiful delivery process!

If I could redo it, I’d honestly drop everything and take a loooooong nap to last me the first few years of my baby. I feel like I haven’t slept the last 17 months. Ppl told me that I shouldn't buy too much newborn stuff and while it was true, there were some stuff my kid wore for awhile after...but maybe he was just skinny. Will you wash the clothes before baby wears them? What are your thoughts on that? Here in the Caribbean it is like the standard lol.

Slim you and I are due similar dates…I’m past 40 weeks now and anxiety just doesn’t seem to fully capture everything I thinking feeling experiencing etc. Remember to be kind to yourself when you’re feeling emotional and keep leaning on hubbie in those moments. Take all the freebies at the hospital for postpartum care (ask for extras, I know I will)…you’ve got this and your Babygirl is going to be soooo worth all these feelings you’re going through. You should watch videos on the food dates, and okra water. A lot of pregnant women said they t help made giving birth so much easier
