    Notes
    - consistency is the key
    - stop late night dinners ( don’t eat right before bedtime)
    -sleep before 12 (10:00)
    - phones off 1 hr before bed and after waking up
    - sunlight everyday / infrared sauna
    - anulom vilom
    -box breathing
    - ajwain ( carom seeds) + fennel + cumin seeds boil reduce to half 2-3 times days

    I am suffering from IBS so if I eat early even by 7:00 in the evening my motion on another day gets disturb, but If I eat late dinner by 9:30 then next day I won't say motion is fine but better, so what should I do? Anyone who can help me out life has gone worse because of this freaking IBS.
