I started a run but with structures some time ago. With full netherite and a villager metropolis, this probably makes my top 3 most fleshed out worlds lol
@@LennonLove1515 you and your brother were probably on bedrock edition where, according to the wiki, slimes will prevent sleeping. But they don't on Java. This is probably because slime spawning works weird so they didn't want a random chunk preventing players from sleeping.

Jaron didn’t just live on three layers of dirt, he thrived. He started with damn near the minimum, and made an absolutely incredible world out of the little he had. This series is fabulous! Plain and simple.

I have no idea why, but this has to be my favorite minecraft challenge of all time. I love all of the projects and other things that I didn't even think were possible in a super flat world being achieved. Still hoping for that 1000 days!

I want more videos like this super flat, but I don’t see a lot of gaming UA-camr or even Minecraft UA-camr doing this. It takes a long time to get wood, but it was a pretty fun video. You can get clay in this world by: Getting a stalactite from a wandering trader and if mud is placed above a block with a stalactite underneath, it eventually turns into clay.

18:35 I use this same texture pack, it’s easier to MAKE SURE you’ve lit up everything around you if you turn off dynamic lighting, it’s SO much easier than guesstimating where needs a torch and not having to walk away to see
Actual pro tip, break windows on either side of the farmer villagers.. let's say homes.. so when you trade with one and it lowers it's prices, it will tell adjacent villagers about you and to lower their prices too. Just note the same goes for hurting them so they lower their prices. However, if you trade with one 'so their stocks get low and prices high' they won't tell adjacent ones "hey I'm low on stocks and therefore high prices you should have high prices too" In short : give windows = shared prices Edit + new tip : 39:02~ just put trapdoors above the villages' station but make them top to type so the xp still flies thru the gap

Love your superflat series please keep going 1 thing I would suggest to get rid of most slimes outside ur base is to place water all around ur base. I recommend a 50 block wide moat around the base to see results. Mogswamp did this and it worked like a charm
I think a 1000 day finale is a great idea especially if you work on it in your free time so that way you don’t really burn out and you can get suggestions on projects
25:25 fireworks do more damage the more firework stars you have. Each firework star(I think that is what they are called) causes another explosion which deals more damage.
You can actually explore the nether. By getting a lava bucket from a toolsmith. They have 5% chance to drop when you have hero of the village. Then you can multiply it by dripstone . It also unlocks furnaces and many other things . This information is not listed in wiki but it this feature is there, you can try it

Fun fact, not only can you sleep with slimes nearby, but if you go to sound settings and turn hostile mob noises off, slimes still make noise.
Slimes are annoying little buggers
