How about demonstrating a procedure treating a perforator vein too. Ultrasound Foam Guided Sclerotherapy should be carried out after EVLT and TRLOP, but with a necessary gap of eight weeks, ensuring compression is worn for at least two to three weeks post treatment.
I’m aware that EVLT has now been replaced with more up to date procedures since I had mine, but it did wonders for me.
