Great to video, I started Shotokan karate in 1962. I always carry an oak cane. My bo staff may not be legal to carry but my oak cane have taken its place.🐯
I'm re-watching this Mr. Joe and will again. Your cane twirling is soothing, kinda magical an useful for any student of the martial cane. I sure hope you make a video breaking it into parts with some slow movement and lots of repetitions (cause I don't learn physical movement easily.) I'd love to be able to do this. I see mind-body coordination here, Left-right brain communication, agility mobility limberness, balance, strength, hand strength, endurance, fast twitch muscle training, (something that must be kept up in us mature people.) Striking patterns from multiple angles. Your spiritual atmosphere is appreciated. Good stuff. Thanks Man.

I love your videos man, but compared to the very first videos, there is now tooooo much music and I can't even hear what you say! From an ASMR relaxing video it becomes a chilled compilation.. With only bongos, the asmr effect was more powerful ;) P.S. ty Jon (Tron)

@@joebruno1380 Correct sir and honestly I'm going to retort my previous comment because I know it was ignorant and rude. I've never committed a crime and I have two children. I've just been having a day and my wife's car was stolen on top of my gabapentin interacting with my Vicodin which has really been messing with my mood. I think what you're doing is actually very interesting and I've now watched several of your videos. Occasionally I have to walk with a cane because I have arthritis and a desiccated disc in my lower spine and I'm only 30 which can limit my capacity occasionally. I definitely won't be saying anything else like that and again I shouldn't have in the first place. I respect older people because you all have had more time to learn than I have so far. Keep doing what you do and don't let any ignorant young people get to you. 👍
