I enjoy your integration of basic meditation, breathing, and similar principles, as well as fundamental concepts from Christianity (e.g., your invocation of ideas from Paul's analogy of the race in this video, and how he trains and runs to seek the crown of salvation with God).

I believe the meaning of the parable to be this: You can do everything in your power to be safe, but there are e some things that are simply out of our control. We can do every possible thing we can think of in order to have safety or control in our lives, but that will never stop bad things from happening completely. The race is not to the swift, nor battle to the strong, but time and chance happen upon them all. This wisdom comes from the Lord. The book of proverbs as well as Ecclesiastes. Written by the second wisest man who ever lived, King Solomon. Jesus Christ being the wisest man above him. :) Obey Acts 2:38

I have plenty knifes so u can give it to someone that needs it, Thank you. As for the story , the moral. "Its great to make others happy but never forget to make room for urself." It may or may not be what u wanted but is my take. Now the thing that is bothering me. I think its great u can twirl that cane BUT please dont allow it to give u a false sense of security. Please work on 2 things ,1st make ur block ur strike . 2nd without going off balance practice 2 power blows back to back. And I mean blows that will incapacitate. Everyone is different and so is every encounter. U dont know their strong points they dont know urs so never underestimate them and when u engage never hold back! Hey Joe Pat here, great video. The meaning behind the story….well I feel it’s like Robin Williams or people like him. Sometimes people like the man in the story put on the mask. The man is so depressed and hurting but he is the clown. He puts on the mask and makes everyone laugh, and yet no one is around to make him laugh. He’s puts on the face of happiness when he is not truly happy Inside. I decided to follow along with this video to try and learn some moves as I think they look super cool! Pretty slow at the moment but I'll keep going till I get the flow! Also my interpretation of the story is that everyone needs someone to make them happy, even those who make others happy.

Meaning of the story: Sometimes the happiest people are the ones hurting the most inside.

Moral of the story: those that are the saddest in life, often try to hide it with humor, keeping their true emotions hidden.

I think that the meaning of the story is that sometimes even the people that help others need help themselves. The clown helped other laugh, but they took him for granted and assumes that he was always happy, when he also needed help to laugh just like them, and when he asked for it he couldn't find someone. The clown, despite being the best at his job, still needed a pick me up like everyone else does from time to time. We're all human. Anyways, love the new video!

The message of the Story is we never know what sorta things people are going through on the inside. We expect the Clown to brighten our spirits, but who is there to help the Clown to Laugh experience and joy.
