Troy Fantanu will be 24 in his rookie season .
I would have gone JPJ, the Center, instead of the Tackle. JPJ is a RARE animal. He’s got the perfect body to be a C, low-built to the ground, powerful as hell, outstanding hand placement, etc. I think he’d start out as an All Pro and after a decade or so of amazing C play, he’ll retire as an All Pro.
Needed to draft DT and LB. Didn't need S or 3 OL
the way everyone is drafting receivers, my analysis say take your receiver before your rb and you will come out better... i have been able to come up with Brooks and Benson in the third on my simulator....
We haven't had a great Center since Travis Fredrick, i take either JPJ or in the 2nd take Zack Frazier for my Center..
We have T J Bass who can play either Guard spot.
Our D line(interior) needs more beef, Quinn dropped Mazi down 30 pounds, wanting a speed freak inside..
So DT needs to be addressed.
Edge, big RB..
Swap Nubin for Cooper, Colson or even Kris Jenkins and this is pretty good. Overshown is coming off an ACL and hasn't played a snap. Damone Clark is mediocre and Kendricks is aging and on a 1 year deal. DT is thin and unproven besides Odighizuwa. Meanwhile we have decent starters and depth at safety.

Everytime I do this mock draft I pick power Jones then go RB with brooks the trade our 3rd pick to add 3 more picks
Dallas taking OL is a guarantee, its just a matter of do they take OT or a Center

Thats his original position he had to step in and fill in for LVE at LB last year, but his natural position is S. You take Cooper 2nd and then Benson 3rd and this is a great 1st 3 rounds... wtf is this Mock? So glad you guys aren't in charge of our Player Personel decisions. This is not perfect, no way close. They don’t need a safety in the second, they have no depth around DT or DE. Finally Brock Hoffman is not a quality starting center, and Steele struggled at right tackle last year so let’s not move him.
