my favorite enes content - incredilble home. I like these "smaller" homes more. They don't have any wasted space. Every corner has a purpose. Enes did and a great job and Mikey did even better by recognizing his flow and not interrupting. The night shots are my favorite, thank you for always adding those in.

Mikey said it perfectly - this house feels so relaxing and welcoming. The foyer reminds me of walking into Barnes and Noble with the table full of books. This might be one of my favorite homes you’ve toured!

That shower in the master bedroom though! I love it! I feel like this house is the perfect size, like some of the houses you tour are just too big and too modern but this house it like the perfect mix of cozy and comfort. Sometime houses with a lot of concrete and marble look more like fancy prisons then they do actual homes but this house is so well balanced, its just perfect!

honestly the bedrooms are too small, the people watching you from above isn’t nice either, not to mention to lack of certain light during times of the day

Double reverse marble processing is a nice detail. The garden is very spacious for the size of the plot and I liked the landscaping at the end. A beautiful house for the price and location.

Mikey’s camera work is exceptional in this video. That shot right after Enes showed the wine wall was amazingly put together. The slow zoom out, focussing on Enes, the establishment shot of the living room and then tracking Enes as he walked…all beautifully done!

This is by far my most favourite house you have toured so far.
This house makes me green with envy, when I see you tour it.
My favourite view is into the garden, maybe 3 or 4 metres after you have walked through the front door.
Every corner felt well thought out.
The views in each bathroom were perfect.
The guest bedroom, with its own special space.
So many lines, all perfectly placed.
This feels like a perfect homage to the mid-century architectural style.

I love this channel and have done from the early days. The success these guys have achieved has been earned a hundred times over. I love the chat with Enes and Mikey and watch this channel more than any other. I loved the outtake video on 1st April. Made me laugh. I like how all the rooms have angled walls. It gives them such an unique look. The view from the guest house is my favorite. I’m not a gardener but I still really liked how tranquil it looked.

Another great video! I like how the designer(s) have utilized every bit of available space. The bar locations, especially the one next to the theater are well thought out, as is the garden terrace. I also love the master bedroom marble used with the fireplace and tv. The view of the city looks incredible at night! I'd definitely be swimming after the sun sets, letting the refracted light in the water wash over me.

This is the best hour tour ever. It is super detail i can imagine living in it
this is truly my favourite house you showed by far. its not one of these 100 million dollar homes which dont feel homely in any way. this is not too big but also not too small. the lot size may sound kind of small but i think its incredible what they made out of the space they had. the outdoor space is amazing. not as in most of these homes only a boring marble or wood floor, this one has grass and even tho its not big, you have the feeling of a real garden. another amazing aspect is the furniture, especially the curved couch and the 2 armchairs, this setup looks so incredible and fits the vibe of the house so good. and sure the views are also incredible. i wouldve not thought to see a house like this, with all these aspects for a price point like this. it couldve clarified as a 30 maybe even 40 million dollar home. outstanding house, outstanding tour. thanks enes, mikey and the rest of the team for this video, yall are a real blessing for me. love from germany

This is one of the few places that you've shown that actually feels like a "Home" and not a business. I can easily see a family of 4 living in there, and not having to hire a staff to maintain the property, or rent out half of the rooms to guests. I love the design and the floor plan. Like you said, that garden was amazing. The only nitpick that I'd have is I'm not very comfortable with that bedroom behind the kitchen off the main walkway. To me, that is literally the opposite of private, as no matter which way someone comes in or leaves the home, they have to go passed that room in some fashion. If it was me, I'd change that room into something else.
But overall, beautiful place.
