It comes down to multiple pre-element fix-stacks with a reverse force split and then a two way over-hand pass which results in a famous Chaos Melvin layover. Very clever!
All correct except the two-way over-hand pass was actually a reverse pre-cull Jennings forward add-on with the Trost double count Miller shift, but done on the table.

I try again, maybe you will accept. I have a challenge for you: take an originally packaged deck of tally-ho, open it, show it to us face up, then make one open cut with one hand on the table where you don't touch the cards for more than a second, do the same thing twice more , then show us whether two kings are on top and the other two are on the bottom of the deck. If you nedded, you can do a wash at first. Maybe this will challenge you a bit more.

I’ve been to Vegas many times, as well as other locations, and I have witnessed blackjack tables with customers winning more than the dealer. Then they switch dealers and immediately the dealer Is winning every hand. Is it possible the dealers are playing the same magic that you are showing us?
