You have incredible content in sharks and I’d love to hear your perspective on being around crocs too! How do you relax knowing they are potentially around? How do you protect yourself? When is the risk no longer worth it?

With Crocs about 20km from this spot we ran into a croc! Definitely plays with your mind, I try to only be in these areas during cooler months, gives best chance of them not being as dangerous, similar to sharks really need to get it out of your mind.
Definitely had great peace through this time! Mum loved Jesus and her broken body was done and we have great faith in where she is!!

I had wondered how you go switching between a roller and a traditional band gun and if you notice any difference in how you're aiming?
I understand why you use rollers for Barra but wonder if you notice any difference switching between traditional band gun vs roller?

I actually hate the change over!! I’m actually going to test a couple other smaller guns over the next couple months see what I can get to do the same job

I shot a roller a bit and liked it for less recoil but found they were a pain to load, found it tracked worse and seemed more expensive to me for bands
Would love to hear your thoughts on them overall

Hey mate, for general anchoring I definitely rate it. I think though anchoring on small wrecks it doesn’t quite hold aswell as I’d like on that soft north qld sand
