    Brilliant mate. Such a great educational vid for those who haven’t heard Jew subsurface. Fantastic footage and captures again Timofee, I remember that day when the swell jacked so fast! That was a gnarly bar that evening, the very next morning that poor soul lost his life trying to cross the bar in absolutely treacherous and incredibly dangerous conditions.

      Just by practising and time. I’ve got a number of videos talking about relaxing and how important that is for breathe hold

    Excellent video really shows the lead up to a successful Jew hunt. You can even tell what size they are from the croak. Seas are still crazy!! Great video!!

    If you see sharks do you still dive if youre by yourself?

    • @Spearfishing-Downunder
      @Spearfishing-Downunder  14 днів тому

      Hey mate, yeah we see sharks all the time so we get used to diving with sharks. Alone just need to be a bit more wary

      @@Spearfishing-Downunder ok interesting, cheers. Thanks for getting back to me.
      If you’ve got a sec just one more question, do you tend to avoid murky water in case of sharks?

    • @Spearfishing-Downunder
      @Spearfishing-Downunder  13 днів тому

      @@liammorgans7329 sharks aren’t always in the dirty water. I probably try to dive the less sharky areas. But fishy areas usually are sharky

      @@Spearfishing-Downunder yeah ok. I just saw a vid of a guy talking about the importance of being able to see the sharks so they cant sneak up on ya so i thought maybe very murky water would be a no go
      Cheers

    I'm 43years old and can't hold my breath more then 30-second under the water and a bit terrified of sharks to is it too late for me to get into spearfishing and become a good diver ?

    • @Spearfishing-Downunder
      @Spearfishing-Downunder  14 днів тому +1

      Hey mate, it’s never too late. Freediving you can actually get better with age. Getting over those fears and being comfortable in the water is actually and important thing

      I also started at 43.Youll never dive like someone thats been diving for 30 years.But,with the right mindset,commitment and balls you can shoot some pretty decent fish before youre 50🤣
