Propulsion restrictions vary by tournament. Most major tournaments allow pedals and trolling motors, but it's always a good idea to check before signing up.

I'm looking into getting a kayak and doing tournaments hopefully in the near future. Silly question,do you personally run a fish finder?

I don't if I am just leisure fishing, but definitely do if tournament fishing. I recommend something small and easy to use like a Humminbird Helix 7.

How do you find local virtual tournaments near you. Nothing pops up with those apps for them near me

Is it paddle only or are trolling motors allowed? Or is that a different circuit?
