Yea Franklin is not a mutant
@lastsamurai420 he's a mutant. He may be more then a mutant he's a literal God of Marvel now. He has so much powers he can turn his powers off. Only allows himself access to his God like abilities once a year.
But, still not a mutant. The child of two MUTATES, but not a mutant

I think that the reason the MCU calls its world 616 is because we as fans are so used to that # being the main continuity, and they are, on an official level, trying to replace the main continuity of 616 in the comics, with the MCU’s version. They want the MCU to take over as the main continuity, so they call it 616, even though we know it is 599999, or whatever it is
I don't care if Val or Frank are Omega Mutants I still want them in a X men Movie.
