What do you mean he's the best? In the 200m? He's been the best for a few years now, so nothing new there.
In the 100 m, nobody seems to be at a level you can say he's clearly the best. In the 100 m, if the best version of the current sprinters shows up, then Coleman takes it, but the best version of Coleman still has to show up.

If you're in shape and know that you're comfortable with any event !!! It's not being cocky but confident!!! What happens when you're training with the championship as your goal everything up to that point is build up with each race!!!

Maybe you can, but if you pull it off, you should aim for a triple at the Olympics, mate, because 43s is no joke in the 400m event and should put you on medal contention.
43 relay split is not the same as open, 43 high relay split is like 44 mid open

@@burntl1quid215 and when did Lyles ever run a 44s in the 400m? His PB is 47s something mate. So, I don't get your logic. If Lyles were a proven 44s sprinter, sure, a 43s split would be attainable. The problem is, as far as we know, Lyles is a 47s sprinter. So please do tell.
Noah Lyles ran a 45.01s relay split at the Penn Relays as a HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR. Back then, his 200m PR was a 20 low or something. I'd go out on a whim and say he could run a sub 44 relay split this year, but likely only after racing a competitive open 400m first.
