@@PlantCellTechnology I mean the 'natural callus'. At the university I worked with purple potato tubers, by inoculating parts of the tuber on a medium supplemented with 2,4D, I obtained callus, which I then introduced into the rooting medium.

@@oNorw International shipping will also be way expensive. It's better if you google local nurseries around you and purchase plants from there. If not your city, then may be any neighbor ones. That way you will only need to pay for the product than expensive shipping charges.
@@PlantCellTechnology thats true. I know that some people in my country import plants to sell on Facebook and they are usually very expensive, im in Norway so shipping would probably only be safe for the plants a few months of the yeah since it gets cold. It might be worth it but if the plants die when transported it would not be fun haha.
thanks again for the nice videos!
This came at the right time! I've got a florida beauty I need to subculture.

What media PGR are you using for this plant and at what levels?
Hello, i love this video. I wanna to ask you, do you have a special tc media for variegated plants?
why is the sound quality so broken up.. hard to understand
There was some problem with our mic. The issue is fixed in our latest videos.
Hello Francisco! Have you tried multiplying the plant using the 'callus' method? To exclude the risk of losing the plant.
Callus form at a very early stage and then divided for further organ development and multiplication. Are you referring to that process?

@@oNorw Correct! transportation is another issue.
how do you sterilize a plastic vessel like that (I'm assuming it can't be autoclaved?)
The plastic vessels we use are autoclavable.
as long as the lid and container are Polypropylene you can autoclave it. they will usually have a recycle symbol with a 5 in the middle.
