Thanks everso much smokey paul for taking the time to do this video ive watched it a few times and finally had a go today. I would never of done it without your help. The drain plug was in so tight i had a job getting it undone. I just tweeked it when putting it back.. 👍👍happydays thankyou…🏍️🏍️
Very informative video enjoyed it just wondering whether or not you could tell me. When should they be checking the valves on the engine in the service? Is it the 6000 miles service or its if required?
Nice vid m8. I was wonder if you be able to show how to wire up set of auxiliary/fog lights showing likes of the ignition switch wire as well, I know it takes time to do
Thanks for your helpful videos. I recently had a 600 mile service and after returning home realised that the service light was showing on the display. The garage apologised but stated that because the light was not on when they serviced the bike they couldn't clear it and I would need to call in when convenient and they'd do it. I can't find anything in the manual or online and it hasn't as yet cleared itself so, can you help please.
No its not the air cooled bike has an oil screen inside the engine. To clean you have to remove the clutch engine cover after draining the oil. Looking at the service intervals this is not done at every oil change so unless you are worried you have had a problem causing large debris inside the engine an oil change on its own would be sufficient. Changing the oil is the same process just no external filter. Hope this helps?
I order direct from Sinnis on their own parts website but you can also order from other Chinese website suppliers in the UK. I think CMPO is very popular

This shows as the part on the new website but I think the generic ones on eBay will be fine too.
