Sorry i wanna ask, i follow all the ingredient and steps, but why my cookie dough is too liquid and difficult to shape it and stick to the hand not like your cookie dough, and after baked it flattened.
Your butter might be too soft. You don't want liquidy butter. You want it to be just soft enough to mix. After mixing the dough, put it in the refrigerator for at least one hour to get cold. I hope this helps. Let me know if not, and we'll figure it out. Cheers!

When i take them from.the oven are good but after 10 minutes they become so so hard..
I never maked goog cookies and i loove them
Once they cool, transfer them to an air-tight container, and maybe take a minute or two off of the cook time to get softer cookies. 🍪
