Hey Boss - thanks for your channel - I think the biggest thing that I have seen so far in a few videos that I watched is the fact that I see myself in your situation as far as getting started sticking to it restarting multiple times. I am starting my journey this week, not a New Year’s resolution. This was planned and I will be sharing on your comment threads as I go. But I am going to set a few very small goals and stick to them before I get to Big with all this!! Thanks again great videos!!
Excellent video man I love the realness and the honesty that's what we need more of... one program does not work for everyone find one that works for you and stick with it........ moving is the key you must move every day do something....... and low-carb is pretty simple once you get it zoned in.......
You're a breath of fresh air man. Thank you so much for your channel. This is really a great help! I appreciate it man! Man your perspective is bang on with the training too. Everybody's body is different. The exercise community's focus on doing things the "right way" does not always work for everyone As for you using "1000 calories" as a bench mark I totally get it. You wanted to make sure that you were bringing the right intensity to your workout every time.
Wow thank you for such great feedback, I really appreciate it! Yes, my view on working out is to go with high intensity! Thanks for taking the time to comment and watching the video!!😎👊
Redrocks workout in the snow! Awesome. I've been to a lot of concerts there but never a workout unless by workout you mean walking up the stairs to get food and beer! 😂
@@pastortodd1964 I’ve worked out there more times than I’ve seen concerts there!🤣 It’s a great FREE place to workout, lots of people go there to workout!
Thanks bro! Just trying to be transparent because dieting and weight loss can be different for everyone. Success can be found in many different ways!😎👊
9:00 YES! Pick a diet you can do after you lose the weight. Agree 100%. I lost over 75lbs several years ago and I'm constantly fighting to keep it off. Keto, low-carb, Paleo and carnivore work best for me. Moderation - YES! There is no moderation for many of us. Elimination diets are best for me too. Paleo makes a nice, neat group of foods I can eat, which include some carbs, but sometimes even a little bit of carbs kicks off a craving, so I have to stick to higher fat meats and eggs for a while (carnivore).
@@gregarmour4451 In the past I never looked at it that way and I think that’s why I struggled with other diets. Finding the right one you can stick with is key!
great video, thank you for your insight. what makes it hard for me to be on a strict diet is having a family and having to cook multiple meals and also fasting during the day and then binge eating during dinner as if I haven't eaten for days. I do have a bowflex max trainer which is a cross between an elliptical and stair climber. Any advice for trying to curb my hunger? thanks again!
I’m cooking more now than I have ever cooked in my life!🤣 So I totally understand how that can feel like it takes over! I will share my experience and opinion about everything you just asked in the next few videos that I do because it relates to my plan to get through the holidays and time managing your day! Thanks for the questions I am excited to work them into my next few videos!😎👊
It’s low carb, high protein and moderate to high Fat. Some people take the word Keto to be strict to certain macros… I tend to use it loosely, mainly meaning a low carb diet
