Another Brilliant tutorial from Master Immler. For over 50 years , I keep a blade made from a large coffee can in my tackle box . It removes scales from fish and cuts up fish much like an Ulu. It works great for butchering small game as well as for skinning large game. The sheath is made from nothing but canvass and duct tape. . Thanks once again Felix. Liked & *SHARED*.
Felix must be so full! LOL 😅 Very clever. One thought comes to mind, many who need a spoon would be those who have a plastic spoon but the handle breaks, so the quickest improvisation would be to just put a handle on the remaining spoon bowl as shown with several of the improvised spoons.
It's funny you're doing this. A few days ago I was at my brother in laws birthday BBQ. My plastic spoon broke. Instead of getting up for another I improvised. I used a piece of a cardboard box. Everyone laughed but it worked, lol.
Give a man a fish and you will feed him for a day. Give Felix a rock and he will build you a spoon for you to eat your fish. Felix, I enjoyed this video, thanks for sharing.
I once was on a long train ride and realized I didn't have a spoon on me to eat my instant porridge. I cut the side of the bottle, bent the "handle" in the middle like in the tetra pack method, and clamped it with a small zip tie to create some structural stability. Worked out perfectly and I was super proud of my invention 😂. Also, another argument in favor of having a multitool in my travel bag.
I love you man. You are so awesome!! I can't tell you how many things I learned from you in your videos. You are without a doubt one of my favorite youtubers. Keep those outstanding, educational videos coming Felix. Look forward to your next video. Take care
Oh! Was für clevere, absolut schöne Ideen!! Danke Felix!👍😄💚
Awesome! Through the years I've made improvised spoons from tin can lids or yogurt lids, but you brought alot of other great ideas. I especially like the carrot 🥕 spoon, after the meal you still have a carrot snack. Good to have ya back and I hope you had a great time with your family. Keep up the good work and God bless 🙏
Oh, how neat is that? Clever stuff again, Felix. A proper bushcraft spoon so easily made. Love the bottle cap spoon, too. And that carrot spoon is a gas! 🤣So easy (when you know how 😉 ) Felix, I hope you get millions of subscribers! Love, best wishes and *hugs* as always grateful, Wendi 🌻🌻🌻
Okay, I enjoyed that way too much! Carrot spoon was an absolutely brilliant rebuff of “kid, don’t play with your food “! To the germaphobes, yeah, sterilize your utensils after creating them. The SAK itself has been in Felix’ pocket and touching all manner of microscopic beasties. Great stuff!
Mr. Immler. Another fine example of your ability to improvise. Personally I think everyone should become a subscriber to you, and watch every video. I don't care much for the Swiss army knife. But your mind, and abilities are awesome. Keep up the good work brother.
#12 Pick the bowl up and slurp the food out of the side. The carrot spoon was my favorite. If you're still hungry, eat the spoon. That coin spoon was kind of gross. How many dirty hands have held that coin before you ate from it???? Herpes virus lives for 72 hours on hard surfaces outside of the body. Just saying. Thanks Felix!
Same goes for several of the items used, but if he used the lighter to "burn" the surface a little and wipe it off afterwards, it probably would be enough for desinfecting. Works at least for the metal ones. (Hence the Itunes card spoon for example could be rather safe to use still not as safe as the carrot ;-) )
@@parthkhatri6591 I think there's a miscpnception. Microplastic are microscopically small particles of plastics. Hallo Felix!
I must admit I've made at least 4 of those in the past. The foil one most often because it's often the lid of what I'm eating. Cool vid as usual brother
Love it! I think I'll try the Tin Can Lid Spoon given how much dog food I have with those kind of lids. The Coin Spoon is too labor intensive, so that's out, whereas the Soda Can bottom spoon has as much viability as the Tin Can Lid. I have a bunch of waxed thread so I'll use it instead of twine. I really like your vids.
Dog food is good and all, but don't forget to sometimes go dumpster diving for some vegetables and fruits. Sometimes people throw out perfectly serviceable corn or apples that are only half rotten. Around this time, it's really easy to grab some pumpkin lanterns. Free cooked pumpkin.
Thanks Felix!! mussel shells in a Swiss river!? Is this proof of global warming and rising (salty!!) I still love what you do, it's very inspiring to find outdoor activities for children... and adults
As someone chronically leaving their spoon at home on accident, (including during a snow shoe backpacking trip!) Ive had to improvise several times. This video is very fun to watch. I would be afraid a few of these could lead to mouth cuts if I wasnt careful while using them though. 😅
Undoubtedly one of the most useful videos ever. Very useful and far from survivalist delirium. It also shows that a Swiss army knife is far more useful than its so-called overpriced survival knives.
Brilliant Felix! The Carrot was may favourite but next time can you show us how to make one of those self refilling pots of stew?
Haaa ha haaa Thanks for your funny comment!
Hahahaa That's what I wanted to say! How Does he do it, it's a miracle...

Brilliant ideas, Well filmed . LOVED IT. I think the carrot spoon is my favorite if I had to pick. A spoon and a meal all in one. Leaves no trace.
These are amazing, my friend! You are an inspiration to my mind and skillset!
Thanks for this wonderful comment my friend. This evening i will jump to your cannel..i saw you built a house... boahhh!!!

Danke für das schöne Lob!
Tolles Video danke
The shell spoon was pretty, and held a fair amount, would be good as a serving spoon.
Thank you!
@@FelixImmler ❤️
Cool spoons! What I really want is that never-ending bowl of soup!
Outstanding tips as always 👍
That Rock multi tool has some excellent features !😆
Swiss Army Rock

Vielen Dank Justus!
Hi, Felix! Welcome back! Glad to see you!!!👍

I am also happy to read from you!! Thank you!

Next time I am in camp with nothing to do, I can do the spoon challenge!
Thank you my friend!
Ingenious improvisations Felix! Very helpful as usual, but I'm also always a little sad when we can't get the 'Hello UA-cam!' :(
😢

Cool! The carrot spoon idea is good for me as a start before carving into wood, as still new to using my knife lolz
Thanks for this positive feedback!! 😅😅

Brilliant! And I'm realizing that carrot-carving a great way to learn techniques of carving a wooden spoon, but with more immediate results.
LMAO...
The carrot spoon was genius! That was the coolest. After you're finished with your stew, you can eat the spoon... and It's healthy! 🤘
Good to see you back, Felix. Hope you are well rested and have lots of new ideas.

Danke gleichfalls
Hope your holiday was great. I love this video and am glad you’re back!
Hello Jordan. Thank you so much!
Another terrific video Felix. I really enjoyed it my friend.

Thanks you so much!!
brilliant.. glad you're back Felix.. missed you buddy!
Super Deine neue Art Videos zu präsentieren. Ohne zu sprechen, Sequenzen schneller abspielen. Top!
The shell spoon is actually pretty much an exact copy of the first spoons ever used. Just a shell inserted into a stick with some binding
Thanks for your feedback!
👋🔥✌️ Hello, Felix! Thank's again & again 👍👍👍!!

Amazing what a guy can do with a knife and a rock and a bit of ingenuity. Well done. The carrot is one of the most creative ideas I've seen.
Very cool! There ave been times when I've had to improvise like this, using cardboard or a piece of aluminum from a soda can to make a spatula.
Thanks a lot for your compliment!
Excellentes idées, cher Felix, bravo !:)
...immer wieder schön, Felix !!!
Herzlichen Dank!!
Very helpful. Thank you Felix.
