It has bosses for one, but no, they don't sell one themselves. Universal racks that attach to seat stay bosses and fender mounting holes will work with this, though.
im torn between the Turboant Nebula N1 and the Himiway cruiser do you think either of these bikes would do well in the winter with some decent amount of snow?
The bikes will be fine, but bikes in snow never get as much traction as riders would like. It’s very hard to keep your balance as the tires slip sideways underneath you. The best bet is to stud a set of tires, which is what people do to ride their fat tire ebikes in winter conditions with better success.

Rain is fine. Submersion is not, though.
