    Pls don’t add water to your celery juice… u May refer to Anthony William’s medical medium note.

    Please refer to the original source of celery juice The medical medium. He has a full book on it. The details matter and are importantly. Celery juice does a hell of a lot more than what this lady says.
    You could have mentioned the medical medium.

      People juiced celery long before he came along… Not saying he didn’t popularise it, but he didn’t invent it and he didn’t need crediting any time anyone mentions it. Nor does it have to be drunk in exactly the way he prefers.

    I've only been juicing it for about 4 days and besides the massive gross bowel movements I'm noticing that my heart palpitations are going away after almost 10 years of feeling them. ITS A HELL OF A GOOD FEELING! Also overall energy and mood seems way better. I'm going to stick with it and hope the bowel movements normalize over time.

      That's really good to know that a person needs to get Organic celery, because it absorbs pesticides....
      I love that it's naturally hydrating....I know someone who's a nurse and drinks a gallon of water a day....I'm far from being a nutrition expert, but I think pounding tons of water is not the ideal way to hydrate, like the more the better... 💦💦💦
      Celery juice seems like such a natural way to hydrate!!!

    Why do you need to strain the pulp out, isn't that fiber?

    What juicer do you use?

    • @Thefrugalchef
      @Thefrugalchef  2 роки тому

      I got this one on Amazon. It is an Orfeld Cold Press Juicer. It runs about $150 put the pulp comes out almost dry. It produces more juice. The downside - you can't 'over feed' the machine too much because it takes longer than a high powered juicer. It masticates the fruit slowly. The upside - you get more juice and it is easier to clean. I love it. Thanks for watching the video!

    Such great info here. I would not use a high powered blender. High speeds will oxidize the juice and degrade the nutrients. It’s better to use low speed to extract the juice. Low speed juicer or lower speed blender (chop the celery into small pieces for both, for best results). I love that you’re seeing such great results and the joy on your face makes me smile! 🎉

    Can I lose weight?

    • @Thefrugalchef
      @Thefrugalchef  2 роки тому +3

      If you replace a meal with it, probably! This juice will make you very regular and will act as a diuretic so you will lose excess water weight. However, unfortunately, the only way to really lose the weight is to do what we hate - no processed carbs, no sugar, no alcohol, no fried foods, exercise . . . it constant battle! Thanks so much for stopping by!

      @@Thefrugalchef / Thanks 🙏 you mean replace celery juice for breakfast or lunch?
      I take it in morning 2 hours before brkfst - Dr Mandell said that.
      Also lemon 🍋 water before that … is that ok?
      And also ACV before certain meals .
      Menopause changed my skinny figure big time!
      Now it’s work

    • @Thefrugalchef

      I don't think there is any problem with drinking this juice as long as you want. I would ask my health provider if you have any health issues. Thanks!
