Baked Blueberry Cheesecake

  • Ingredients :
    2 cups crushed graham crackers
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    4 tablespoons white sugar
    2 bars of cream cheese at room temperature
    1 cup sugar
    4 Large eggs
    1cup All purpose cream
    1 to 2 Tbsp lemon juice or from one small lemon
    2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    blueberry filling (for the topping)
    Bake in a waterbath at 325°F for 45 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave the cake inside the oven for 1 hour. Take the cheesecake out of the oven and allow to completely cool.

    I baked cheesecake with this recipe for the 6th time already! The cheesecake is super nice, great balance of sweetness, all in all it’s good. A little tip for the ones that who will trying to make is, REST the cheesecake for atleast 5 hours (as you can see in the vid) in the refrigerator because if you will serve it right away, the crust (graham) is still wet, it will get mushy. That’s all and Thank you so much for sharing this recipe and I hope you will post more desserts in the future.

    I am so proud of myself. First time kong magbake nang cheesecake ever in life at hindi ako nagsisi. Sobrang sarap niya. Although hindi ko ni lagyan nang lemon juice kasi hindi availabe. But still sobrang sarap. Thank u much for sharing this recipe.

    Just tried your recipe. It turned out great. However I baked it for 50 mins instead to 45 and I used only 1 1/2 bars cream cheese and 1 1/2 cup of nestle cream. I used kalamansi instead of lemon as it’s not avail at that time too, barely a tbsp as I think it would be too much. It still turned out just right. Thank you for sharing.

    I tried half of this recipe last night. I used a 6x2” tin can (it’s full) and added strawberry and whipped cream as topping. It’s a success! I chilled it overnight before adding the toppings and serving. Thanks for sharing the recipe. 👍🏻

    first time ko gumawa ng cheesecake and ANG SARAAAP. yung recipe nyo po dalawang pan ginamit ko 7x2 at 5x2. hindi nakakaumay yung tamis nya.saktong sakto lang. THE BEST!

    Kakatapos ko lang gawin to. Huhuhu. Ang tagal lumamig pero natikman ko na. Ang sarap!!! Binalik ko na ulit sa freezer kasi di pa malamig.

    Tried it but didn't have a lemon. Used 2 tbsp lemon extract and 2 tbsp water instead. The time was a bit too long, I stopped the heat in the oven after 30 mins. I had to check it a lot just to make sure I get the perfect jiggle in the middle and light crusts on the sides. Leaving it in the fridge overnight was the ultimate test of patience haha. It was my first time to bake a cheesecake and it was perfect. Everyone loved it. Thanks for this recipe! 😍

      Melted white chocolate. Ipahid mo sa board. Wag masyadong madami. Enough lng na didikit sya at Di mag slide. Usually sa center ko lng ini smother.

    Hi po! Question po. Is it ok if I put parchment paper in the bottom of my springform pan yung paglalagyan po ng crust just so I can easily remove it and tranfer to cakeboard.. hindi ba makakaffect po iyon sa pg form ng crust? Also the sides of the springform pan.. thankyou! Sana po masagot 🙏

      It's to cool it down and so the grahams wont break easily after taking it out of the oven.
