I saw Whitney, Celine, Mariah, live, in their Apex level singing eras - Morissette is in their class.

Mowie covers all genres. She's the queen of vocal breaks, and the amazing part is she comes right back with perfect pitch. To get the full experience , one must hear her sing in her native Tagalog(Filipino). I would recommend "Akin Ka Na Lang". It was written for her and is considered hers.

that's exactly what i felt 4 years ago when i first listened to her performance of an original pilipino music entitled Akin Ka Na Lang (Please Be Mine). From that day onwards followed her everyday listening to her performances. She brightens up my day❤ Try also her rendition of Rise Up by Andra Day.
Watching Mori sing requires some strength, endurance and restraint as her renditions always carry a lot of emotion in them. That’s why she makes a connection that bares down such an impact of emotions on the listener. And not a lot of singers are able to create that within just a few lines into the song, or much less even have that gift at all. I sometimes pity people who get to watch her sing because of the burden of emotions that come with it.
