Scardy Shroom is not bad It's a peashooter for a quarter of the price, and as long as you don't put it in the front, then it's easily one of the best plants in my opinion

The pumpkin is definitely amazing, used it for either the lanterns during fog or would place them over walnuts/tall nuts to basically give extra time for them to survive/hold off zombies!

Twin Sunflower is really good in survival game modes. Scaredy Shroom is a better peashooter because it's only 1/4 the cost. Most strategies put them in the far back so their handicap won't appear. Cherry Bomb is excellent for crowd control and is arguably more powerful than Jalapeno. Hypno Shroom is the worst Semi-Insta plant since you have to find high health zombies for output. Keep in mind Blover is 100 Sun plant that only takes the fog temporarily, while Plantern is a permanent stage modifier costs only 25, a wall plant is all you need. Split Pea is outclassed by both Starfruit and Gloom Shroom. Also, useless damage output if there are no Diggers or Pole-Valuters. You have been sleeping on Coffee-Bean, you don't know how OP stacking sleeping Doom Shrooms and Ice Shrooms on the lawn to use for later are. Aside from that, great list! Also based for putting Umbrella Leaf in B Tier. I've played this game way to much...
