This is so relatable, thanks. When I was growing up, I was the fat kid and the tall kid. I mean, the REALLY tall kid. Like, I’m 13 yo and 6 ft 3 inches. But even though I exercised all the time, going to an outdoor school, doing swimming, ballet, PT, basically being on a bike 24/7 in summer, and weight lifting weights to the point of being able to sled push 500 lbs 70 ft, I was still fat. The being tall peice just made me weigh more, and I hated that. Remember, there is a difference being fat and being overweight, just be healthy and happy with your body.
Dude, Im 16 years and im 182 - 183 cms (Basically 6 foot). Age wise im supposed to be 62kg and height wise im supposed to be roughly 70-80 kg. I am well way above that. Worst part is if you can see your tummy you feel like a failure. And Belly fat is just really hard to lose because its literally genetics. Like what I mean is that you can lose it but you better have the genetics that make it easier for you to lose belly fat. But hey, i's still trying. You too need to try to lose weight. Im starting off with 15 push ups a day (It's okay if you use your knees.) I do my first 3-5 normally then move on to knees because it gets tiring. The more comfortable I get with it, I'll move to 20, then 25, then 30, then 40, then 50. For now start with 15 pushups and 20 situps. You don't have to curl in your body fully, just keep your back straight and keep your head pointing at the ceiling. I cannot guarantee it will work, but give it a try and don't lose motivation. And if you don't lose anything, at least you tried to better your self and made some improvement.
I grew up as a bigger kid, in elementary school it wasn't very noticeable, I was still the hyperactive always running kind of kid, but it became much more noticeable in middle school. I just always asked my parents for the worst food to be eating for dinner, and I ate snacks all the time. My dad works for a vending machine company so you can just imagine the kinds of snacks and treats he was bringing home that I would just eat every day. My wakeup call didn't come until my sophomore year of high school, or 10th grade. I have always been self conscious of my weight but when I stepped on a scale and it said 200, I knew I finally had to do something. Long story short I started a bit more intense diet and intense workout and after 3 or 4 months I lost 40 pounds, going from 200 to 160 by the end of Sophomore year. If I'm being honest I couldn't have kept going without some super supportive friends.

lol that happened to me in 6th grade. I was lowkey obese (5'1 140 lbs), and I went to get my physical for football. When I was there, they said I was pre-pre-diabetic. Whatever it was scared me so I just lost 40 pounds over the summer. I am pretty small now, but I am a much better athlete.
I'm sorry for that bro. I was 4'9 160 lbs in 6th grade, and there were these guys that teased me and mocked me. Another guy tagged in and he had the same build as me. They once broke my glasses one time too. Talking about friendly fire.
9:53 tbh this is so true i was that kid growing up and one of my friends was hanging out with some girls and when i came over they were like “ew why are you here” “who invited you” “nobody wants you here”
i was like 285 in highschool and all the adults around me assured me i would naturally lose the weight as i got older... they were right without having to workout i went from 285 to 185 comfortably
I grew up as a skinny kid and the jokes they make at me… “Do your parents feed you.” “Go to the fucking gym or something.” “Your built like a stick.” It’s just fucking annoying. I’m the type that can eat as much as I can and still be skinny. It’s the most annoying thing when I shove down 1000 calories of food in front of someone and they say “Eat more bro you gotta bulk up” like shut the fuck up I just ate a whole quintuple stacked burger with extra cheese and fries and you telling me to eat more. It’s basically the same as being the fat kid except you’re not strong and people constantly tell you that they can easily beat you in a fight…
I've been big for my whole life. I started gaining weight when I was eight and I was over 100 pounds. During my school years, I ate healthy and and had P.E. class. In high school, when I was in musical theatre which i also lose a few pounds by dancing and I'm still big in a good way. Suddenly in 2020, I gain a few pounds during quarantine. Back in 2022 when covid was ending, I went to the gym with my older brother until June of that year. Now I'm going on a diet by eating junk food once a week and exercise 5 days a week. And to this day, I'm still big and I'm 6 foot 1.
I was pretty chubby as well, I was like 60 pounds when I was 5 and 90 when I was 9. I didn’t go super crazy on losing weight (though one time I went from 95 lbs to 73 lbs and was pretty conscious about it despite not being insulted at all), I became good at maintaining my weight which is something I’m still good at, I grew into my weight, and right now, I am at an average weight for those my age.
Thank you for making this video. I am also a fat kid getting bullied almost everyday. It's easy to indure tho after my classmates bullying me for like 2 years. Honestly it's not too bad.
Being fat is just a terrible experience I’m 14 139 pounds and headed to high school and I just wish people understand why your diet and workout is so important because if you wanna pull or just be cool you gonna have to workout and get a better diet I mean all you need to do is workout at least 1 hour a day and add small changes to your diet everyday as well.
I've never been mentioned about it before, but yeah, being fat isn't all that great. I'm one year younger and 145 lbs, and although my friends think I'm skinny, trust me, I am anything but
I always ate everything when I was a kid and I mean EVERYTHING so thats why I was so fat I guess even tho in my country a lot of meals have lots of vegetables i was a fat ass and ate anything in sight
I was fat back when I was in the 6th, 7th and 8th grade it was the result of me being fresh out of special education. i didn't know to healthily cope with being psychologically and emotionally bullied and refused to tell any trusted adult because i would be called a snitch. Hell, i would demolish some of the desserts, especially in the morning. After church back when i was 13, i hated going on 5 mile walks at the park.
I can totally relate to the "arriving at the check up and they ask if you've been eating vegetables" thing, and every time me and my mom would get that sheet with the ideal plate of food on it, my mom would tell the doctor she would have me improve on it, then nothing changed. It wasn't until I made the decision myself when I actually cared about my diet. I've been exercising for about 10 months now and I can confirm... I gained 20 pounds... This still ticks me off but I guess I gained a lot of muscle, and I was always a big kid, but being 200 pounds at age 15 feels bad even if it's not actually that bad. For the people wondering, my usual exercise schedule for every day is a alternating workout in the morning, 1 mile run, 2 mile bike ride, and 3 mile walk.
I was also a fat kid growing up, but for some reason, no one really mentioned it to me or made fun of me. I was also really fat as a baby, and looked chubby as a kid, even though I'm not sure if I was classified as overweight And I absolutely SUCKED at P.E., like, probably 5-10 minutes in, I was already exhausted. I'm still overweight today, and I am considered almost obese for my age and height. Currently, I'm 13, 5'4", and 150 lbs, and I'm not sure if that's considered fat for me
This is too real, I was the fat kid my whole middle school life cuz my form of entertainment was eating, but at like 10ish I started working out and eating right, must say I’m thankful for that now.
My dad was growing up as a fat kid in school and he was bullied very often because of this. So, now he forces me and my brother to eat healthy food and limits fast food consumption with words: "I don't want to to repeat my mistakes". Even though he's strict and sceptical to this topic, but I really appreciate his effort which helped me to avoid that type of experience.
honestly bullying is needed in society, the character development is needed sometimes. When we look back on our childhood maybe you did have a bad haircut, had to gain or lose weight. Only in the extreme scenarios does this become a problem
I'm fat and i'm in middle school, now i have to say the girls in my class actually like me. So they want to be friends with me, and i'm not even the popular or cool kid
My diet is relatively good and I more not as much as the normal kid but I still move a good amount but I never lose weight idk when or how I gained the weight it just appeared and now I can’t lose it
@GobbiExists I feel ya. I know I need to lose weight, but I just can't get my lazy fat self to the gym because I'm too busy snacking on donuts and stuff
I was the complete opposite. In Elementary school I had the record on the pacer test and I was one of the fastest in the grade. I was literally born in bottom 1% of the weight category so this was enlightening. ❤
3:46 The FitnessGram PACER Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The test is used to measure a student's aerobic capacity as part of the FitnessGram assessment. Students run back and forth as many times as they can, each lap signaled by a beep sound.

I was called some sh*t like calling me nikocado avocado, squishy, and g@y just because of my avatar on Roblox and when I eat apparently it’s g@y because it looks like I was sucking d*ck when I was drinking a kool aid packet of juice. the bully's are just motivation to me because if they say something bad about my appearance, it just motivate me to be even better than them, to be even handsome than them and to be stronger than them
lol that happened to me in 6th grade.

Dude, Burdie was probably a gold mine for bullies back in Elementary school. If you ever feel dumb, ugly and annoying, just remember him.
I grew up as a skinny kid and the jokes they make at me…
“Do your parents feed you.”
“Go to the fucking gym or something.”
“Your built like a stick.”
It’s just fucking annoying.
Real bro AND IM SHORT TOO so people call me weak and shrill and a little kid
Burdie is cool tbh

yo dude thank you for your videos youve really been helping me with my life
I've been big for my whole life.
Just dont eat any junk food

I'm one year younger and 145 lbs, and although my friends think I'm skinny, trust me, I am anything but
Damn, shit goes in hard
I always ate everything when I was a kid and I mean EVERYTHING so thats why I was so fat I guess even tho in my country a lot of meals have lots of vegetables i was a fat ass and ate anything in sight
Another relatable video
I am currently growing up as the fat kid as 203 lbs
I'm still the fat kid but imma force myself not to eat for 2 months
Dont do that its gonna be worse
Mini discord mod build?
I was also a fat kid growing up, but for some reason, no one really mentioned it to me or made fun of me. I was also really fat as a baby, and looked chubby as a kid, even though I'm not sure if I was classified as overweight
And I absolutely SUCKED at P.E., like, probably 5-10 minutes in, I was already exhausted. I'm still overweight today, and I am considered almost obese for my age and height.
Currently, I'm 13, 5'4", and 150 lbs, and I'm not sure if that's considered fat for me
Lucky
@@Dr.heinzerpisserdoodleshitz How am I lucky?

My dad was growing up as a fat kid in school and he was bullied very often because of this. So, now he forces me and my brother to eat healthy food and limits fast food consumption with words: "I don't want to to repeat my mistakes". Even though he's strict and sceptical to this topic, but I really appreciate his effort which helped me to avoid that type of experience.

@@Ozzie_LustRing honestly 49lbs is a bit underweight I was like four foot something and very skinny
honestly bullying is needed in society, the character development is needed sometimes. When we look back on our childhood maybe you did have a bad haircut, had to gain or lose weight. Only in the extreme scenarios does this become a problem
