Love the Edifier QD35's clock and light display. i am not really a fan of speakers though. They come in handy when I need amplified sound. Thanks for the content as usual @gearupaaron.
Thanks again for checking this out. I never thought I'd be diggin' speakers as much as I do, but I've found that they're fantastic for outdoor parties, for connecting to projectors and such, or as a modern-day version of a stereo hi-fi boombox.
The SOUNDCORE X600 is lovely additionally water proof.
My issue with the Edifier is you can't connect another speaker for stereo sound. And I wish the handle on the SC would fold that would have been awesome. Thank you Aaron lots of info. 💯👍🇺🇸

Hey Aaron (aka Hey Google). I just got a new Denon receiver that has 2 Zones. I've been looking for possible outdoor bluetooth enabled speakers. After this review I think that X600 could fit the bill. What do you think?
The world is your oyster, man - there's JBL, Soundcore, and Sonos (they work with some Denons). At least the SC will look good doing its job
hello... i know this comparison a competitive one, but I enjoy this way of you doing reviews, like the one you made of the edifier and soundcore headphones, I find it entertaining and informative. I hope to see more in the future. I got attracted by the X600, gonna put it in the shopping cart and wait for my wife to get distracted 😆.

Alan ross pointed out how aggressive anker was marketing the x600. A dozen channels have a virtually identical hyperbolic thumbnail calling it the best Bluetooth speaker ever. I love soundcore...habe 2 motion booms, q30, l3p even the life u2, life nc neckbands. But I have had to condition myself be very skeptical of How You Tube reviews discussed their products since they have fostered such a strong partnership with so many channels.
Most of their products are great but if they do release a clunker, I'm not sure how many channels are going to want to call them out for it.
Case in point: my unhappy review of the Liberty 4 😔
This soundcore is a great speaker, don't be fooled, it's up there for sure, it sounds great.
