I was not a fan of the look and concerned about the fit until I tried the OG version. I ended up sending them back to Amazon for the BT3ANC in black. Super comfy fit for the doorbell look 😂😂 That ANC, OG preset EQ, customization and ANC make these my top set currently. I do agree the app could be more seamless so hopefully an update fixed it. Great work like always… I personally have owned these since their early release, and they are easily my favorite wireless earbuds, followed by the Senheiser MTW3. I haven’t had any issues with mine and I can easily recommend them. Just another example of how subjective wireless earbuds can be. I still enjoy the great work 💯💪👍
Spot on - a lot of these things are subjective, so it's best to test them out first. How much did you get your set for? Thanks for sharing, as always, sir!
@gearupaaron I actually got mine for the early bird price of $200 and I know $50 makes a big difference for many people, including myself. With the Between 3ANC being the same price as the Senheiser MTW3, I would take the Status (although I do enjoy the MTW3 as well). I love having so many good options to choose from today compared to couple years ago. The TWS market has came a long way in my opinion
Great review very well detailed -- for the ear tip test I'm assuming that has to do with taking them off then putting them back on -- the easiest way that I found to put on any ear tip is by turning the outer part inside out so that it looks like an elongated tube with the fatter part towards the end then I put my index finger in the hole and use my thumb to support the outside of the eartip then the process of fitting the tips on any earbud is near instant!
In my opinion they dont stick out that much. I can keep them in for my 8 hour workshift. Even forgetting i have them in. I have no problem of them falling out. I have sprinted with them in and even done shadowboxing with them in. Only time they fell out is if i accidentally hit them. But as said its my opinion. They fit my ears perfectly. Its by far my loudest pair. Only earbuds with slightly better audio quality right now are the denon perl pro, technics az80 and the new b&o pi8's. Bang for buck tho these are phenomenal. But denon's are on sale so might be a good alternative.
I got the Status Between ANC over a year ago and absolutely love them. Fantastic detail (typically I use wired IEMs), incredibly comfortable (using spinfit tips), audio quality is better than with my ldac and aptx adaptive buds (codecs matter way, way less than the hardware). For running I use shure earhooks which don't move even standing upside down).
Hey Aaron, I have a severe hearing loss and typically wear hearing aid. But when I wear earbuds of course I cannot wear the hearing aid. I am looking for some earbuds that fit into smaller ears but more importantly have a high-volume because of my hearing loss. What would you recommend for my situation? Thanks, Kym
Hi Kym, thanks for commenting and your question. While it's hard to know exactly which earbuds good for small ears will actually work for you, I suggest you try Soundcore A40, Sony Linkbuds S, or perhaps Jabra 4 or 7 Active. And yes, they get pretty loud (which again, is subjective) 😁
Aaron, I've been bombarded with ads from these guys so I'm curious about the 3ANC. I have the Sony WF1000 XM4 and I like them alot. I only use them for working out and they sound great but I'm always looking for a better sound experience. I mainly listen to rap, reggae, R&B, old school rock, genres that lean heavy into the bass. That being said, the Sonys don't reach the sub bass region. Do these? Do any wireless earbuds (I haven't come across any that do)? Are these enough of an upgrade that you would spend the money on these and ditch your Sonys?
@@mallorycainjr.1921 I did get them. they sound freaking amazing. they actually have a built-in subwoofer which reaches levels that even my son'ys don't. my cousin was so impressed that he got a pair as well. that being said, they don't fit well into the charging base so they don't charge sometimes and will randomly connect to my phone even when not in use. also, for some reason they don't sound as loud now as they initially did. super annoying and no explanation or apology from the company. I like the sound so much I just suffer through it. my cousin opted to get the Sony xm5 which he loves. so mixed review
As far as the comfort goes I can work 8 hours woth one in and then workout for 2 hours woth both in and personally I dont experience discomfort. They are basically an extension of my ear. The only thing that could make it better is the new memory foam eartips they now offer for a little extra if you pirchase them.
Know of anything Abt 150 USD that doesn't break the bank? I have the Liberty Air 2 Pros.. but ... The ANC is very well lackluster... When it's on, it does nothing actually.... Know anything of the PistonBuds Pro from 1More or the PistonBuds Pro Q30?
i got these used and on sale for about 140, and theyre my favorte bluetooth earbuds ive owned so far. my only complaint is that sometimes when i tap them they while anc is on they make a fucked up bass-y noise, maybe thats just my pair lol. i also use poweramp equalizer instead of the built in app. i havent had any problems with the shape of them BUT sometimes with pushed a little but the edges kinda hurt also wish i could swap from anc on/off and not have to open the app
The bass on these truly is impressive. I've been struggling with the EQ also, but I think they've updated it since this review. You now get real-time changes for the equalizer, albeit a bit slow. The EQ is only 8 bands, and their frequency choices seem a bit odd. It also appears like there is some sort of artifical adjustment cap, for lack of a better word. When moving the sluder up past a certain point, rather than boosting that particular frequency, it seems like it just cuts the others. Overall, a good sounding set of headphones, but takes some getting used to.
Audio compression is super weird, especially when you only have one channel to work with. Maybe some day we’ll see headphones with AI that disassembles the song into drums, guitar, bass etc, and boosts all their individual frequencies for best results. The future is still sorta exciting!
I have them and I love them. I upgraded from the Ray Jay Earbuds that had terrible phone conversation. They always sounded like I was muffled. So I Baught these 3ANC Earbuds and it's fine. Finally I can talk while in the car and they can hear me.. 🤷♂
I have the bud pros they have served me well for a long time but they are starting to go so it is time for an upgrade. That being said if you put them in the opposite ear upside down they will not move or fall out of your ears. There are a lot of headphones out there but all bow down to the sound of these for music listening purposes. That's why I am returning to the brand when looking for an upgrade.
@@gearupaaron alright initial impressions. Great set of headphones. As expected the sound is amazing. There is plenty of volume on this things and right out of the box they fit my ears perfectly giving a great seal. So much so that I thought the sound canceling was already engaged. I like the new layout with the buds in the case. It makes it easier for the buds to be taken out the case but putting them back in will take some getting used to. I haven't really gotten to dive deep into the sound canceling and ambient modes but did okay with the sound settings. The original between pro setting in my opinion is BY FAR the best setting. I like a lot of low end and clarity along the top and that is it. The sound did get a little tinny at higher volumes though. My biggest complaint is the buttons on the buds themselves. They are probably too sensitive. I have been accidentally starting UA-cam, turning up the volume and pausing video taking the buds out of my ears and putting them in my pockets.
Most absolutely not meant for side sleeping 😱. You'd probably want something with a gumdrop design like the Samsung Buds Pro or Jabra Elites, to name a few.
Probably the Bowers & Wilkins Pi7 S2. If you don't care for or need high def codecs but still want great sound, I'd add the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds 2 into the mix.
@@gearupaaron thank you, just ordered the pi7s2 :) I tried the the qcII a while ago but they have too much white noise in anc mode for me, so I had to return them.
Complys are great - glad it works for you with the Between. Thanks for checking this video out, btw! I have new videos every week, so hope to have you back soon 😁
Just picked these up for £120 on sale, I’m super excited for them to arrive. Sounds like they’re a steal for that money but I’ll be weighing them up against my AirPod pros
@ i have them now and have used them for a couple of days. I am comparing them to my AirPod pro gen 1s, and having not tried the gen 2s I’m not sure how they compare unfortunately. Compared to the gen 1s, the 3ANC’s genuinely sound better. You can really hear the separation between the mids and highs, while maintaining a pretty punchy bass. The AirPods in comparison have a pretty muddy and less punchy sound where the highs feel a bit empty. I’m being pretty critical of the AirPods when in reality they still sound good, it’s just not as good and for the money it makes you think. That being said, I find the transparency mode on the 3ANC’s to be a bit weird. There’s quite a lot of white noise coming through so it doesn’t sound as natural as the AirPods which are pretty much perfect. I think the case feels a bit cheap compared to the AirPods which is a shame, and controlling the earphones is quite difficult with the touch controls and the button on top. The 3ANC’s are actually quite comfortable, but not more so than the AirPods. I think I’m going to stick to my AirPods for daily and public use unfortunately, but for the money I got the 3ANC’s at they are pretty damn good in terms of sound
@@danielfuentiz3098 it depends what you care about. They actually sound a decent bit better than the AirPod pros in my opinion. They have punchier bass while maintaining clearer separation between them and the mids and highs which I really liked (I set them to the “original” EQ mode as everyone else online suggests. Makes a huge difference). Since the AirPod Pro Gen 1s had that ANC nerf a few years ago due to patent infringements, the ANC on these is as good as, if not better than that of the AirPod pro gen 1s. Transparency mode on the other hand has noticeable white noise coming through at all times which I wasn’t a huge fan of. I felt like they looked a bit too different for me and the case feels quite a lot less premium than my AirPods case with my lovely grams28 case on it. I also find the AirPods a lot more discrete and comfy so I unfortunately sent the Status’ back at the end of it all. The Status’ reminded me how much I love good quality sound though, so I’m in the market for some high end wireless headphones like the Mark Levinson 5909 now.
I looked past the weird shape hoping for some great sound but really struggled with it and didn’t find it a lot of fun - muddy and boomy. I’m coming from shure 215’s and upwards and I think that balance is what I’m looking for. I agree on the comfort too, never felt that they sat right in the ear. Tech, some weird stuff there too, they put such effort into the ‘power on’ vocals but nothing to indicate ‘ANC on’ etc? I maybe needed to update firmware but music kept playing as I put them back in the case, even through the closed case… aren’t they supposed to power off? Marketing is next level, fair play, but back to shures for me.
@gearupaaron I bought 3 pairs of these and 1 earbuds. The buds fell apart and I just use another pair of the headphones.the build quality and quality of components is not great on their products and the customer service is not good, unfortunately.
the tips are very difficult to put onto the buds because of the oval shape. I found that if turned the tips inside out and then push onto the bud it was easier (still difficult) to get them on. I can hear background noise when they are on. I have never niticed this with othe buds. Turning ANC on cancels the noise. I found a coupon for 150 from and ended up paying 99. I think for 99 they are more than worth it but paying 250... no sir. I am not that guy that will pay premium money for buds. I pay that for Over the Ear Headphones. Anyway I got them so that I could connect to laptop and cellphone at the same time. The Phone App needs a bit of work and the buds high frequecies sound a little harsh. You can tone it down but its not crystal clear. The low freqs come through well enough if you have a good seal. My wife complained that she could hear my buds when I am at 60% sound level so I am a bit dissappointed with that. Otherwise for 100 they will do.
@@gearupaaron I can attest to this, as I've had my Between Pros since the Indiegogo campaign. The orientation was changed because it was a bit difficult to remove the buds from the case. Aaron's pair of BP3ANC is actually the revision.
LOL. Can't get the tips on, too funny. I have these. AND, I have the optional safety lanyard that connects both so you wont lose one or the other. 11 bucks for 2 on amazon. Also the optional memory tips are super nice. No problems. I needed excellent stereo sound quality and awareness capability, these are that.
Everyone ears are different. These are extremely comfortable. I was extremely shocked at your comment. Even the comfortable airpod pro 2 has hurt my ears on 2 occasions after several hours in my ear. These never have (and I slept with them). Some (not all) other issues are irrelevant to me. It's kinda nitpicking things a lot of people don't notice (the voice actor, etc). I would give them a 9/10
Are you a side sleeper? I’ve been eager to find headphones that support side sleeping, but the original AirPod design (the typical Apple headphone), are the only ones that have ever been semi comfortable while lying down
I love ❤ these between 3ANCs. The sound is great 👍 and it's very comfortable to wear with no fatigue so I bought 2 pairs. These 3ANCs are my go to earbuds👍👌
You’re putting them in too far if they’re uncomfortable. The idea is to insert it with the charging connectors almost pointing straight backwards, just touch your earhole, then twist it down. Perfect seal and no pressure. I can have these in all day now I’ve stumbled upon this wee chestnut :)
Personally I find these wayyyy more comfortable & stable than say Soindcore Liberty 3s. I also have small ears though! Sure that plays a part. Also don’t personally find they stick out too much.
I looked past the weird shape hoping for some great sound but really struggled with it and didn’t find it a lot of fun - muddy and boomy. This review could be subtitled: Aaron Goes to Hollywood (remember Frankie Goes to Hollywood 😅)..Why? That splash test was nothing short of. Put out the Fire on the Stuntman splash intensity. AND those Status 3NC gave you a distinct, Predator shoulder mounted laser cannon vibe...I ain't messing with😅😊 you. Another Good Presentation. Thank You.
Lol, it looks like the space Odyssey monolith, also i think of the things in Frankenstein's neck . Kinda courious to try with my own ears how good they sound.
W/regards to them coming loose. It appears that due to the cantilever design needed for the three drivers and probably bigger heavier battery could be a major contributor. Then downward impact while running probably makes them a horrible running pair of buds. I would say that particularly test should be performed only with design specific earbuds. These would not be recommended for sleep either. Great review though.. especially the Quality sound description is spot on. Good job!
@gearupaaron Apologies, I stand corrected, I should not have said performing the running test only specifically designed ones. Its actually a good test to see if they loosen easily. Ironically, my 3ANC's just came in the mail about the same time to your reply. Just opened them, and they look like great quality. Picked them up for $139.00 a couple of weeks ago and just checked, and they're still the same price per the time of this reply, so for the money, I just might get another pair. Thanks for the review.
Something wrong with your ears then. :) I'm wearing them at work for 8 hours almost every day with ZERO discomfort. They are no more no less comfortable than Airpods pro I was using prior. And the battery lasts the whole 8 hours! I don't remember any other earbuds lasting so long since the Galaxy Buds Plus. And then there's the sound quality! My bar for sound quality were B&O EX and EQ for a long time. I can replace them now with the 3ANCs. I still think the B&Os are slightly better, but mines won't hold charge anymore. I wish there was a way to replace the batteries. I tried Denon PerL Pro for a couple of days. Found out they aren't any better soundwise, than the 3ANCs. Definitely not $200 dollars better. (I bought the 3ANCs on sale for around $130) So I sent them back. But of course, the search for a perfect pair is never ending, now I'm curious about the Technics AZ80. Maybe when they go on sale. ;)
You'll love the Technics. As for the 3ANC, I keep going back to it to see if my ears might somehow get used to it - maybe it's better now, but comfort is usually short-lived, lol.
Thank you for this, I guess ill be sticking with my Buds 2 pro. They may not be the best buds but they make it thru my work day and theyre extremely comfortable. They just work flawlessly with my S22 ultra as well. Ive tried LG and Klipsch, both were extremely disappointing in sound and build quality.
Depending on your budget, Technics has been on fire the past couple of years. I haven't had a chance to review them, but I wish they got more media exposure.
Recently purchased these, but in comparison to the Sony WF-1000XM4 they truly suck with sound quality and noise-cancellation. Very disappointed. A win for their marketing department though (along with fake reviews)
Thanks for sharing your experience, Daryl. Sometimes I struggle to see what other reviewers see with similar products like these (even ones I respect and/or have way bigger channels). I know it's mostly subjective, but some quantifiable and objective areas that ought to negate the positive things outright, but they don't.
I sadly agree Daryl, for many people using regular codec on streaming app, there’s just not a lot of benefit with the added drivers - everything was super muddy and slow
Constant disconnects from source regardless of distance (usually on my desk). Disconnects while on a call, disconnects before the next call, disconnects during music or the least amount of repositioning in your ear which due to their mass is often. The worst is their non existent service , they just ghost you wo reply. My units now have separated and now unusable well within warranty - they refuse to contact me
@augustcrocker2975 Dude, that bloody stinks. You definitely had a defective unit, but CS dragged it out enough to expire your warranty. Status, you reading this?
Just got mine today for $138.00! How can none of you YT reviewers mention the sound quality is as close of a headphones (my XM4) it can get? Sure ANC, call quality and other gimmicks are not offered but this sound man! The app is average granted but he’ll stick on the sound quality!
@@LuisOrtega-dy9lm I’d suggest also to get a free EQ app so that it boosts the volume and customer sound. Works perfect without but I’m using Musi free app which allows to listen to UA-cam vids thus amplified and you can customize your preferred sounds. I ended up paying $6.00 for ads free usage. It’s a onetime $6.00 well worth
For the money when they first came out, why no LDAC. Wtf. I hear you about putting earbuds on. . I need a carpel tunnel release surgery after trying to switch these tips. No one in their freaking design dept never noticed this. And yes I'm like after this guy talks I like I don't pay for your team I play forte ladies. Step off
I'm very disappointed with these. With all the rave reviews and claims about sound quality, I expected real quality sound in comparison to regular buds. I dont know what these reviewers have listened to music on before because these are nowhere near as good as made out. I have had medium to high-end headphones for the past few years, and I've gotten used to a certain level of sound quality. These sound cheap in comparison to what I'm now used to, and they lack base and, more importantly, volume!!! For the price, it was seriously expecting more from them.
@@gearupaaron So far, so good; Liberty 4 NC has more battery life than my other wireless earbuds: Liberty 3 Pro, Liberty Air 2 Pro, Liberty Air 2, Jaybird X4. Hi I Lost the right ear bud for SAANC-3X-ONYX-NEW how much would a replacement be.
Great tip (pun intended)! And also thanks for watching 😁
Awesome, thanks for sharing - glad it works out for you! Your alternatives are also pretty dope for anyone wondering.
Instant subscription! I love your honest and in depth review! Keep up the great work!
Thank you 🙏 See ya soon and have a day!
The ear tip test is stupid, I'm sorry. I don't have problem at all changing mine
No worries, it's partly for the fun of it, but not all tips are made the same and some are a pain more than others. Thanks for watching! 👍
Thats cuz there is a specific way of doing it before I learned that way I couldnt do it at all
I got the Status Between ANC over a year ago and absolutely love them. Fantastic detail (typically I use wired IEMs), incredibly comfortable (using spinfit tips), audio quality is better than with my ldac and aptx adaptive buds (codecs matter way, way less than the hardware).
For running I use shure earhooks which don't move even standing upside down).
Hey Aaron,
I have a severe hearing loss and typically wear hearing aid.
@@gearupaaron I will look into these. Thank you so much for suggesting them!
@kymb3711 Almost forgot about UE Fit custom-molded earbud, too.
@@gearupaaron I will go through all of your reviews and I will look into those as well! Thanks again!
I've been thinking about picking these up, as I would mostly be using this to listen to music. As of today, what are your daily drivers?
Aaron, I've been bombarded with ads from these guys so I'm curious about the 3ANC. I have the Sony WF1000 XM4 and I like them alot. I only use them for working out and they sound great but I'm always looking for a better sound experience. I mainly listen to rap, reggae, R&B, old school rock, genres that lean heavy into the bass. That being said, the Sonys don't reach the sub bass region. Do these? Do any wireless earbuds (I haven't come across any that do)? Are these enough of an upgrade that you would spend the money on these and ditch your Sonys?
You ended up getting them? If so did the bass get low?
@@mallorycainjr.1921 I did get them. they sound freaking amazing. they actually have a built-in subwoofer which reaches levels that even my son'ys don't. my cousin was so impressed that he got a pair as well. that being said, they don't fit well into the charging base so they don't charge sometimes and will randomly connect to my phone even when not in use. also, for some reason they don't sound as loud now as they initially did. super annoying and no explanation or apology from the company. I like the sound so much I just suffer through it. my cousin opted to get the Sony xm5 which he loves. so mixed review
@@mallorycainjr.1921 i just got these and bass does not exist

@@gearupaaron thanks man! Keep up the videos! Awesome!
i got these used and on sale for about 140, and theyre my favorte bluetooth earbuds ive owned so far. my only complaint is that sometimes when i tap them they while anc is on they make a fucked up bass-y noise, maybe thats just my pair lol.
i also use poweramp equalizer instead of the built in app.
i havent had any problems with the shape of them BUT sometimes with pushed a little but the edges kinda hurt
also wish i could swap from anc on/off and not have to open the app
Excellent review, very informative. Thank you Aaron!
Thanks so much for watching! Do come on back for more new content :)
Thanks for the deep dive and your just right explanations. 🌺
Do let us know whenever you get a pair and what you think of them. :)
@gearupaaron no problem. They are supposed to get delivered tomorrow.
@soulmca That's so good to hear - glad you're enjoying your new toy 🤙
Thank you! Finally, an honest review! Subscribed and liked. You're the goat
Thanks Evan - happy New Year! Do you have one of these buds too?
They are by far the only earbuds that actually stay in my ears. So I’m surprised you said they come off while you run. Maybe try the bigger ear tips
Thanks for sharing, Andres! 🤘 It just goes to show that ymmv. Historically in my reviews, earbuds this shape and size gave me comfort/fit problems.
Is the bass good? Does it get low? 35hz and under ?
Check out the specs 😉
are these flat enough to be able to side sleep with them on? 😸 or would they still be uncomfortable in the ear?
Most absolutely not meant for side sleeping 😱. You'd probably want something with a gumdrop design like the Samsung Buds Pro or Jabra Elites, to name a few.
@@gearupaaron okay thank lmao 😭🤍
I wonder if these sounds as good if its used with an iphone 16 pro max??
Well, they should be good, considering they're piping through AAC, which has a strong bitrate.
@@gearupaaron appreciate you for clarifying that! Do you think these would be a noticeable upgrade from oneplus buds 3?
@178rohan In terms of SQ and ANC, yes.
Hey Aaron, which earbuds are the best sounding at all your for you?
Money no object? 😝
@@gearupaaron well, sure, which is the king?
Probably the Bowers & Wilkins Pi7 S2. If you don't care for or need high def codecs but still want great sound, I'd add the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds 2 into the mix.
@@gearupaaron thank you, just ordered the pi7s2 :) I tried the the qcII a while ago but they have too much white noise in anc mode for me, so I had to return them.
Anyone have issues with a hissing noise?
With ANC on?
These earbuds are great. I use comply, earphone tips, and they will not fall out or cause any discomfort. I have to say you have a beautiful backyard.
Complys are great - glad it works for you with the Between. Thanks for checking this video out, btw! I have new videos every week, so hope to have you back soon 😁
Oh man thank you for introducing me to these "complys". These might be a game changer for me!
Just picked these up for £120 on sale, I’m super excited for them to arrive. Sounds like they’re a steal for that money but I’ll be weighing them up against my AirPod pros
Good deal you got there... Drop us an update to let us know what you think of 'em, aye?
What’s the update cuz I have pros but thinking about getting these also
@@danielfuentiz3098 woah I wrote a whole review on them here.. that’s so annoying it just disappeared

@@gearupaaron One thing at a time brother. :)
Marketing is next level, fair play, but back to shures for me.
i had a pair of status- the battery gave up 2 months outside of warranty and they would not replace them. beware
Super bummer to hear about stories like yours. What did you end up buying as a replacement?
Btw you now have the older version of the 3ANC’s you can tell by the orientation of the ear buds in the case you had in video.
In the previous gen the eartips point to the rear. Thanks for watching, Thomas!
@@gearupaaron I can attest to this, as I've had my Between Pros since the Indiegogo campaign. The orientation was changed because it was a bit difficult to remove the buds from the case. Aaron's pair of BP3ANC is actually the revision.
Thanks for clarifying! 🤘
Glad you have yours set up the way you like it 👍 Thanks for sharing!
I would give them a 9/10
Thanks for sharing your experience🤙! Glad you enjoy yours
Are you a side sleeper? I’ve been eager to find headphones that support side sleeping, but the original AirPod design (the typical Apple headphone), are the only ones that have ever been semi comfortable while lying down

Thanks for the suggestion! 👍
Thanks for your comment! Just goes to show that comfort and fit are totally subjective and it's best to be able to test in person where possible.

When and where were these ever $230 I’ve never seen that price. Nothing even close to that much lower.

I’m coming from the humble shure 215’s with the old BT2 and I think that balance is what I’m looking for.

Predator shoulder laser - that's another great analogy! Thanks for watching though and may the splash tests continue 😎
Lol, it looks like the space Odyssey monolith, also i think of the things in Frankenstein's neck . Kinda courious to try with my own ears how good they sound.
Do they sell this in SA?
W/regards to them coming loose. It appears that due to the cantilever design needed for the three drivers and probably bigger heavier battery could be a major contributor. Then downward impact while running probably makes them a horrible running pair of buds. I would say that particularly test should be performed only with design specific earbuds. These would not be recommended for sleep either. Great review though.. especially the Quality sound description is spot on.
Good job!
Thanks for your comments! I do that test for pretty much any Bluetooth headset just for fun plus someone's bound to ask anyway, lol.
@@jw2877 Enjoy your new toy! And yes, they're well made, with some strong Sony XM vibes.
I haven't had a chance to review them, but I wish they got more media exposure.
personal favorite test song is "time traveler" knower
So the xm4 is better?
I think the voice recording is the founders lol

Constant disconnects from source regardless of distance (usually on my desk). Disconnects while on a call, disconnects before the next call, disconnects during music or the least amount of repositioning in your ear which due to their mass is often. The worst is their non existent service , they just ghost you wo reply. My units now have separated and now unusable well within warranty - they refuse to contact me

I dont know what these reviewers have listened to music on before because these are nowhere near as good as made out.
I have had medium to high-end headphones for the past few years, and I've gotten used to a certain level of sound quality.

How are you liking your 4 NCs so far?
@@gearupaaron So far, so good; Liberty 4 NC has more battery life than my other wireless earbuds: Liberty 3 Pro, Liberty Air 2 Pro, Liberty Air 2, Jaybird X4.
