At 5:35 you mentioned a gasket will need replaced? Do you know which one that is? I’m looking at autozone right now and they have about 8 different ones but with not much description the exact location.
Thank you for posting this video. I currently bought a 2012 traverse and was unaware of all the issues it came with. 2 months later. My muffler, exhaust ,02 sensors and cat went out. I seen alot of people saying that if one goes they all should be replaced. Well. No mechanic would do it under 3k... I'm now doing it myself. Removed everything I stated. Already installed the 2 new cats. Waiting for 02 sensors to come in and muffler and exhaust assembly. I'm doing this all without the car off the ground. I don't have jack stands. And I haven't done mechanic work since 18. I do pools for a living. Removed all parts under 4 hours. Thanks again for the video. Saved me so much money and headaches
2016 Traverse 3.6 144k miles P0430 p0420. Im replacing all 3 converters also New Plugs and Coils, New O 2 sensors, and changing the the Oil. and also changing that Intermediate Exhaust pipe. Looks Like Fun!
Please, for the love of God, tell me how you got the flex pipe to connect to the rear converter. I disconnected it as per instruction. And now, it just leaks. The OEM gasket is WAY to big!

My favorite part was: good to use some rust penetrant and then just full-sends it. No heat. Meanwhile in our world, lol.
I wouldn't attempt this unless you have a lift ...
No way you are getting the upper bolts out on the ground
