- In today's video my PA duties at Weymouth FC have been cancelled due to a frozen pitch postponing the game.
So I head to North Dorset in search of some football action - taking me to Shaftesbury FC v Brockenhurst.
While there I try their cheeseburger, and wow, it's a beast of a burger alright!

@@GreenoEats Very rare to get anything decent at sports grounds. That burger looks like an absolute winner. Up at Spennymoor the best bet is to go for the pies as they are made by a butcher in Spennymoor. Lush!

Yeah, seemed kind of football appropriate to me.
A cheap burger is only a bargain if it tastes OK so glad the one from Shaftesbury FC passed the taste test and at £4 for a double sized one is a real bargain. It looked nice and well cooked as well.
Yeah when I saw the price list I did wonder if it was going to be a Cash and Carry frozen burger, the type you would find from a low quality burger van, but I was very pleasantly surprised!

Quite a few clubs at lower levels have these kind of pitches now. Fewer games called of due to the weather, plus they can rent the pitch out on non match days as a good income stream. Nice little club that's for sure!

I think if I placed 5 McD patties on top of each other then it would still not be as thick as those football one. It was really good value!

Just got home from Bournemouth v Liverpool… I know which game I enjoyed most! Definitely paid more for worse burgers than that (Torquay springs to mind!)

@@theabandonedhunter3604 first half was very even, but Liverpool stepped up a gear in the second half, and we didn’t have the answers. But those are the kind of games that if you get anything out of them it’s a bonus right!

Ha ha! Pitman might be less mobile than Hojlund, but at least he can finish 😂 As for Anthony, well the burger certainly delivered more than he does!!

I know, £4 doesn’t get you much out and about. Granted the bun and the cheese weren’t expensive ones, but I bet the patties cost them a bit to buy in!

A simple burger, but the patty made it. So juicy and tasty 😀
Meanwhile at Arsenal in Club Level, Steak Sandwich and Chips is £27. Not even a pint thrown in.
Blimey, that’s a bit strong isn’t it! Ok, the level of football is a somewhat higher. But at Shaftesbury it was also only £7 to get in 🤣
