I literary came across some carnivore profile man who believes in eating little and taking mostly suppliments 😀 and another one was thinking to start ozempic plus carnivore because can’t loose weight
I’ve lost fat, but I still have to lose maybe 10-15lbs. And it’s all left on my stomach and I’ve just stopped losing weight I’m only eating 1200-1300 calories a day. And walk and do weights one or two times a week. Why have I stopped losing fat? And how can I get the fat burning again? I’m about 180lbs 5’10, not muscly can curl about 80lbs on a bell bar.
eat more meat and fat (Glee,Tallow,Butter, or fat on the meat is even better), dont eat carbs they not essiantial nutrient anyway, you have to be fat adapted to be fat burning mashene, if you eating carbs you body stops burning fat, if you eat fat you burning fat, dont eat seed oils they so bad its criminal
metabolic adaptation. Your body is now comfortable sitting at 12-1300 cals/d due to the chronic deficit. Gotta reignite the metabolism by eating more and moving more. Don’t get reckless here or you’ll regain the lost weight in a heartbeat.
@@VictorGasparLLM thanks! I raised my calories for a week by a few hundred a day (or more.) And I lost weight that week. Then I cut back down again and I never lost anything. Then I tried it again and out on weight. So now I’m just eating what I was before to lose the eight as I’m worried I’ll put on more. So I’m not sure it will work? Should I eat 1400 calories a day?
What are your thoughts on carb cycling? For example a couple of zero carb days a week.
Great strategy. Calorie cycling is preferred, in my experience.

So I’m not sure it will work?

@@anir8023 I have tried that before and it worked the first week after that it didn’t work.
