I have nerve block in my left leg due to herniated discs. My body doesn't seem to like cold water. However I'd love to try try ice diving, I'm just scared it might affect me badly. What do you think since you've already done it.
Sorry, just seeing this comment now! This definately has potential to help in your case but I don't know enough about your injury so double check with a doc that is won't cause further issues
