      Thank you for your comment! I eat sukiyaki by dipping it in beaten egg. The taste is mild and very delicious. Can you eat raw eggs? try it! I should have taken a movie of where I was eating.

    What else can be used to substitute mirin?

      Thank you for your comment! You can substitute mirin with sake and sugar. Add 1 sugar to 3 sake.
