The topics are handled so keen that the viewers can again build their knowledge with these lectures as the basement.. Thanks for your passion for a sincere explanation ..
During this lock down days , we have online lectures , and your explanation is very helpful to understand our topics 🤗 and we want more pathology explanation
Sir in pathfinder book it is mentioned that enzyme with odd Roman no. After their name are type 1 and with even no. Are type 2, so which is the correct one?
DNA gyrase is Topoisomerase II acting as a swivel to induce negative supercoiling from positive. And topoisomerase IV is responsible for termination of DNA replication
Good morning sir I am ur old student when I met u in Bangalore there was only 4 students 3girls and a boy(me). I m missing u sir. I have a doubt that how dna polymerase distinguishes between dntps and ntps pls tell me sir
there are some aminoacids in the nucleotide binding pocket of dna pol(in the palm region of dna pol)called discriminator amino acids which helps to distinguish between dntp and ntps
I don't think that is correct... in the second part of the video the primer in the loop…when you imagine you straighten the loop out... than the primers in both chains will be in the same direction….or…leading strand is 5‘ (on the left) - 3´(on the right) so lagging strand is 3‘ (on the left) than on the end of the loop it should be 5‘ ....but primer on it starts also with 5‘…Still thanks for your videos, your teaching helps me a lot!

Excellent effort from shomu's biology.Thank you very much.Keep going
Such a beautiful mechanism. Topoisomerase is the tailor of proteins
Yes it is

Nobody wants to stress...
Yes you are my Topoisomerase relese my stress during exam 👍👍
Yes. Indeed
It is very complete video,thanks.
I have one question.
Gyrase convert positive coil to negative?
Those ones who disliked this video must be jealous of shomu sir😂😂😂
You are just perfect teacher sir😊
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
Sir thank you very much, you are really a great teacher.

Hero means helper that's is shomo sir ❤️
Thank you
Great explanation ,thank you.
You're welcome
A best mentor kindly share your notes of lecturer...
What is the meaning of negative supercoiling?
You are a very talented teacher my friend
nice lecture ....and u make my concept clear during exam .......so tnq once again
Thank you very much your lectures were amazing and really helpful
Negative super coil fevour unwind the dna?
Thank you shomu sir
Bro what's your educational qualifications can we know?
Really comprehensive explanation.
Msc. In Microbiology
R u doing PhD in microbiology 🙄
Excellent 👌
Thank you
Thank you.
Hey, so the topoisomerase 1 only involved in the cccdna cellular process, right?
Sir, you are phenomenal, sir apki video ky ilawa, mujy kisi aur ka smjh hi nae ata.
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
I cannot find the separate videos of topoisomerase 1 and 2
Coming soon
Sir Exact Topoisomerase ka function kya h plz in simple language and also tell me about DNA gyrase
i have a question. does topoisomerase work only on circular dna or it can work also on linear one? please reply
It can work also on linear one
Which enzyme removes the supercoiling in eukaryotics?
Topics type 1 and 2
Thank You So Much Sir.
You're welcome
Your videos are very helpful!!
+shop2012 thank you.
Sir in pathfinder book it is mentioned that enzyme with odd Roman no. After their name are type 1 and with even no. Are type 2, so which is the correct one?
Yes. I have the same confusion.
this is great, thank you!
You're welcome
what a explanation i can't tell you that. But this video really help me out thank you sir .
Thank you sir
You're welcome
No. Topoisomerase type IA comprises 3distinct classes and one of them is topoisomerase III
What is the difference between DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV? In bacteria
DNA gyrase is Topoisomerase II acting as a swivel to induce negative supercoiling from positive. And topoisomerase IV is responsible for termination of DNA replication
Thank you.Your videos are very helpfu
+naeem m-m you're welcome
Sir tqqq soo much your explanation ISS awesome it's easily understood tq for uploading sir
Type I topoisomerase has 2 subfamilies typeIA and typeIB
Type II topo has 2 subfamilies typeIIA and type IIB
Darun bujhiyechho.
Thank you
love your videos. You are so smart!!Thanks for your videos.
+nerd nerd thank you. Glad you liked my lecture
+nerd nerd thank u
Sir why topoisomerase induces negative coiling
To reduce tension and structural stress in the DNA
sir wht iz the reason behind...Passing one strand throug the double nick....?
It's to resolve the supervoiled state and relax the DS DNA
Thnku so much
You're welcome
Does topoisomerase come before or after helicase ?
After
9:32 How I feel about my professor who originally made this such a confusing concept.
Lmao same fam
May God bless u....

Good morning sir I am ur old student when I met u in Bangalore there was only 4 students 3girls and a boy(me). I m missing u sir.
I have a doubt that how dna polymerase distinguishes between dntps and ntps pls tell me sir
I remember. How are you now?
there are some aminoacids in the nucleotide binding pocket of dna pol(in the palm region of dna pol)called discriminator amino acids which helps to distinguish between dntp and ntps
You are amazing congratulation!!! Really!! I finally understand how they works GOD thanks you MR! you save me!!
