This is our favourite railway and area of the Country,who would want to travel abroad when we have views and scenes like these,beautiful!
I have split the video into two parts so that we could cram everything in,you should see how much was left out as well.
If you have visited this railway I hope this video brings back many happy memories.
We had two trips during our stay plus a few walks and car trips to the railway to get more off
train shots.
I hope you enjoy my efforts over the two videos.
As you can see the weather was amazing,the warmest Easter on record for Wales.Will we come again? You bet we will.
Another fantastic narrow gauge railway, have been very fortunate to have lived not too far away, so plenty of visits in the past. Lovely scenery, beautiful area, amazing museum at Tywyn, don't miss the SM32 garden railway there when it's running. Dolgoch Falls is stunning and the walk down the gorge is superb. Once again, your brilliant video will remind me of this railway.
My favourite N/G railway,we have visited it many times.We first rode it in 1972 on our honeymoon,we stayed at the Dolgoch Falls hotel.So this area brings back a lot of lovely memories David....A while back now, we nearly bought a house in Bryncrug.....Regards Chris

Another superb film, you and Rosie certainly have the Midas touch with weather in Wales.
9 times out of ten we have good weather,it always seems as though the coast gets the better weather in Tywyn...This Easter it was lovely over the whole country,just amazing.Another couple of weeks and the trees will be out and it will be even better...Many thanks for your nice comments and support......Regards Chris

Used to ride this train line up until the mid 1970's on family hols, still looks great, lovely vid thanks.

Very good preservation work!!! The locomotives look brand new!!! Like if they had just leave the factory!!! Is a very beautiful railway, I hope some day I can vist this railway, regards from Mexico!!! ;)

I think part two is the best Graham...We came here on our honeymoon 47 years ago in May.Stayed at the Dolgoch hotel....Loved it then and still do,just fantastic..Part two should be on tomorrow........Regards Chris
