I've been staring at this picture for quite a while. If you look at the colors of their faces and hands, you'll see it's the singer holding the bottle. I saw them many years ago. After KatieJane pulled off her wig to reveal total baldness, she took a teapot and smashed it on her head. She continued to sing as her face began to cover in blood, a la pro wrestling. Anyway, I'm pretty sure it's her holding the bottle.
If you notice, each person in the cover has one hand holding something, indicating what they specialize in (microphone/singing, guitar, bass, and drums). Only one of them shows another hand, doing something else, and that is KJG, pictured as just having smashed a bottle (apparently onto her head). This powerfully delivers a feeling of madness/dementedness.

Wow I was thinking about a compelety different crispin (akward laugh). It also didn't help that the art work of crispin looked liked crispin glover if he was an abstract picosso character. Sorry for any bad spell mistakes. I suck at spelling. Anyways the painting is still cool
