We've bought, assembled and are sleeping on this bed. Assembling it takes a bit of patience and some strength, because the wooden parts should be tightly pulled together to ensure stability. There is no squaeking, just the odd wood-on-wood sound here and there. If you don't like that (we don't mind), you can pad the supports with paper or foam. We think it good value for money.
Hi! I can’t seem to get the two corners together with the pins inside. It looks like the holes are not matching, because I can get the two corners together when the pins are not inside. Any tips?
Reading all these negative and controversial comments almost made me not want to buy this bed. Don’t listen to this nonsense. The assembly took about 1 hour, everything lines up, the bed is sturdy and doesn’t squeak at all. Just read the instruction and tighten everything gradually. Some holes won’t be “perfect” but that’s absolutely normal for wood. If you think you need to drill new holes, you must definitely be doing something wrong.
