Koche has been performing for over twenty years and trained at Columbia College Chicago and Aloft Circus School under world-renowned contortionist, Oyuna Yadamjav. In her early years, stretching was intended as a supplement to her love of dancing, but gradually it has become a part of her daily routine. When she fully committed to her passion, she graduated from Alixa Sutton's stretching program and earned her IFPA certification. Throughout her dance and flexibility classes, Maria guides each client in the best approach.
In this video, she discusses her motivational methods and her drive. Her life has changed since she began waking up before sunrise. Maria tells Kristina Lufian how she quit her job, returned a ring to her ex-fiance, eliminated all negative people and paved a new path. And it appeared to be her best decision ever. You will see how she overcomes all difficulties to become what she is today. Maria is a role model for many women, who strive to live a fulfilling, healthy life but keep making excuses.
