Does anyone know if when one is a resident of Sark do they get issued with a fiscal residency certificate or a tax number? This would be important if one is setting up overseas bank accounts.

Ross Morgan if you become a sark resident, spend at least 3 months on the island, and pay your taxes there, then you receive an actual tax certificate.
Alderney seems like a better option. if they could turn sark into town like vibe rather than a village with a heliport i would consider it.
