🇮🇹 Contact Nicolo and more details on obtaining residency in Italy + tax incentives: thewanderinginvestor.com/services/residency-and-citizenship-by-investment/how-to-obtain-residency-in-italy/
Nicolo is great tax adviser who understands expats and their needs, he has written in English a lot of books on Italian tax. He helped me out back in 2022 with regards to property purchase, rental tax schemes, and how to stay in Italy as a non-tax resident.
These information about Italy is not new at all. There's a reason why not people are interested because it's absolutely a nightmare to deal with red tapes while living in Italy. France, Greece or Uruguay offers much better tax incentives than Italy. Even you yourself is a Frenchman but still does not want to live in EU as a tax resident but have been getting your residences in México, Panama, Colombia.....
Another Game changer. If you're like me getting plan b c d till we get to Z. Mexico easy to get and Italy interesting for digital nomads. Thanks for content we can use.

Excellent information about residency. Is there an expedited path to Italian citizenship?
@@J0HN_3_16 thanks. Not if you don’t have Italian family.

France does not offer good tax incentives.
As for Italy, it’s a great deal for the right people. As for the red tape, Nicolo deals with it 😉🇮🇹
