After Penitente became a giant statue at the end of the last stream, I thought it would take a few years to see him again in Blaphemous 3 or DLC.
The true ending remained a mystery to us, yet if you can have fun while playing to see the true ending, it doesn't matter whether it's on live stream or off stream.
So I didn't expect to see Blasphemous 2 again on the schedule.
It was really great and fun, even in a relatively short time, but the reason why you decided to play this again for a true ending was more impressive.
Besides, you slay the boss in style again. That was cool.
It is quite bittersweet to know that this is really over. The story of Penitente is over, but there will be more great games for you to play on or off stream.
Glad you are about to finish the Chillquarium 100% and have some fun with Farm Merge Valley.
As you said, it sounds like a quite addictive game with satisfaction. Maybe I should try later.
With a true ending and lovely tangents of yours, it was a fun and chill stream. The secret ending at the end of the stream was unexpected, though.
Regarding the question you asked at the secret ending, from my experience and knowledge, the conclusion is that there's no one certain answer for that.
If you didn't eat anything before 3 to 4 hours prior to working out, drinking a protein shake before the exercise could help you gain muscles.
But if you have problems digesting cold protein shakes and it causes stomach aches, drinking before exercise would be a bad idea.
On the other hand, drinking a protein shake after working out had no big downside.
It helps you gain muscles by helping with the process of muscle regeneration. Also, it makes you feel full and helps you ease your hunger after working out.
So both of them are the right choice. You can drink after working out, and you can also drink before if the prior condition is right for you.
Depending on the circumstances in which you are exercising and your body condition that day, you can choose when to drink it.
The most important thing you have to keep in mind is getting enough nutrients to achieve your goal in a healthy way.
It's really great and admirable that you keep going to the gym and working out even though it's pretty far and you have to drive,.

The only bad thing is Kronii lost the final HP increase, to get it you have to do the upgrades with the skinless woman "Having the chalice where you sacrifice life" full.
After all, the maximum HP is increased
I don't understand why no one sacrifices life in the chalice... it's there for a reason.
