VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
Star and Cam were both laid off from their jobs in July 2020 due to Covid and faced a life-altering decision. Instead of roaming down the expected path of debt and home loans, these two left their comfort zone and joined the tiny home community. Without any experience in the van conversion world, they purchased a 2019 Ram Promaster 2500 and built it into their new home on wheels.
The kitchen has clean open shelving with spices that secure from underneath. The countertop is a DIY (butcherblock look-alike) that complements the warm wooden backsplash holding more clear baskets for storage. Their main bench seat has internal space and provides enough sitting room for both of them to work comfortably side by side. Cam and Star designed this layout to be open and fresh, much like their new beginning of life on the road.

@@MusicLovingFool1 they paid off their 70k while working in the medical field and architecture. THEN they found van life and took a hiatus from working.

When the end testimony came, it just kind of "validated" that perception and it is refreshing to know that God's love and grace is permeating through these very dark times.....

I am "OH'mazed" at the different ideas and creative ways to get maximum storage out of these van units. I intend to purchase either a 5th wheel or an A Coach when I buy, but watching all these videos where people's storage is at a premium, will help me when I get my rig.

You have a nice home. Just so you know; mice and rats can chew through plastic to get to your food. If you can't find tin boxes; try collecting large tin cookie boxes like you can find at Sam's and Costco at Christmas time. Thank you for sharing your living space.

That's a very nice build, I appreciate the thought that went into a lot of the features! I would think it's hard to be stealthy in a van with two fan covers on the roof that can be seen from the sides, but then again we saw a lady in a skoolie before saying she used reflectix in the windows when she wanted to be stealthy.
