Nice collection. Tip: Don't try to use an ordinary bolt in the Greenlee punch. Get an authentic Greenlee bolt. While you're at it get the thrust bearing too. They make a difference in wrench effort using the punch.
I have been working for 6 years for a small estate sale company western burbs of Chicago. We sell lots of tools. The ratchet was a nice score. You never know what you might find in a toolbox. The low angle Stanley block plane will clean up nicely.
I live near Madison WI, seems to be a lot of tools in the area. A lot of people have lived here their entire life. If you get into areas like Phoenix it is harder to find old tools because many people moved there recently and didn't bring all their treasure. Thanks for watching!
@@thetoolbandit My buddy Al moved to Prescott and sold every tool he had. We worked together in the mill work trade. Even his dad’s old beautiful Milwaukee drills. So yeah, I see what you mean. Happy hunting, as we say.
Holy cow! That thing is on my wish list. I was just looking for them on Marketplace yesterday 5:40. Well done! I found one for $70 before shipping. Great video!
Nice little find the ratchet and S-K, Mac and weird alligator wrench make it totally worth while. I have to say though, not as cool as the tool boxes your Uncle got from the prep-per
The ratchet in that condition is worth more than I paid for everything. If you want to break down value, as in selling items online, the Millers Falls level is about $20, the wrenches including the alligator about $35, Greenlee knockout about $15, Stanley screw starter $15... all together over $100. Not to mention some misc I will keep and not have to buy. Thanks for watching!
You are not a victim on this one. Not areal profit maker, but enough to put a smile on your face.
Agreed! Thanks for watching!!
4 wrenches and a flex head ratchet, well worth $25! Thanks for Sharing! See you next time!
I also like the level! Thanks for watching!
These mystery boxes are always fun to dig through. Not uncommon to find a gem that pays for the whole collection just on its own merit
Yes, this one had a couple nice pieces! Thanks for watching!

The conduit punch alone is worth 2x what you paid for all of it.
If you bought it new, you bet! Thanks for watching!
So nice and unique tools in there! I would have tried to pay 20 but nice Haul either way 👍
I feel guilty when it's older people. One of the reasons I like auctions, if I get someone cheap I paid the fair price that day. Thanks for watching!
Have a check on the socket Rail.. If stamped!? It looks like might be a Snap on, one to me.
Haven't checked but I will when I get home!
Pardon me, the ratchet is the only thing of value and maybe the wrenches.
