So, you finally went for the non-wing F1 cars, huh? Those are my favourite cars in any game. Although I think these cars are TOO stable in AMS2, especially when braking, they're lots of fun (if you want to know what I'm talking about, try the same cars in AMS1). Currently I'm racing a 25% distance championship based on the 1967 season. Unfortunately, AMS2 doesn't have historical weather for that time period, therefore I'm using the oldest date available (I think it's 1978 or something like that). So far, I've raced: * Kyalami - 1st place, got 2nd due to a 10s penalty; * Monaco - DNF. Another car crashed at the piscine and hit me while trying to rejoin the racing line; * Österreichring - DNF. Crashed due to aquaplaning on the main straight; * Spa - 20th due to wrong fuel calculations; * Le Mans Bugatti - 6th after falling from 4th due to a spin; Next round is Silverstone. I'm using no CrewChief and no HUD. All I'm using is an overlay from SimHub. Everytime you cross the finish line it shows a pit board for a few seconds informing you about the current lap, your current position, driver in front, driver behind and current laptime. It's a very immersive experience. If you want to try it I can provide you with more information to reproduce it.
Wow, Renan, you seem to want just pure realism, here! 😃👍. I could try it out, but unfortunately I have no time to jump deeply into it, therefore as it is by now, I couldn't be competitive under hyper realistic racing 🏎️ condition, like you are doing.. but thank you very much for the info, they are highly appreciated 👍🏆🥂😃!
