Looking good Andreas 👍 funnily enough I worked Gordon G3PXT activating Castles on the air on 40m up the road from me in Great Yarmouth just before your video. Loving the new X6200 👍
Thank‘ for your nice presentation, Andreas - my X6200 did arrive yesterday and I‘m very impressed of the updates they realized in comparison to the X6100. However what I realized, also in your video, is the very low reaction of the s-meter shown also in the numbers at the left corner of the screen - now the question is, is it a problem with the sensitivity of the entrance stage or is it only due to the s-meter calibration 🤔 Thank you for your feedback and again thank‘s for your very nice presentations in detail ! Tnx es vy 73 de Claudia DF1UX
Looks good but IMO its underpowered and way over priced, save more pennies and buy a 7300. By the time you buy the amp you'll need your in the iCom price range.
Good evening and thanks for your video! I received my 6200 also today from Radioddity, also with the extra Accu. Had/have some issues with a "Power fail, shutdown in 179S"-Message, which did appear flashing in the middle of the display every few seconds. Perhaps it deals with the accus, bad contact or so. Now it´s gone, after I removed the accus several times and installed them again. Did you realize, that the S-meter always is very, very low, even at strong signals? When my IC-7300 shows S9+30 dB, the x6200 hardly reaches S5-6. And the rig gets very warm, even when not transmitting. Will be testing further on and post my thoughts. 73, Bernhard
Hi , thanks for the video. Is this speaker better than the one in the 6100 ? Other reviewer shows that its has power issues when transmit. By radioddity it cost more then 900 euros with tax. Wauw very high price. I was hoping for around 750 euros including tax ☹️
Terrible screeching modulation!!! The new software did not fix this bug. Inability to record and play back messages in good quality. Due to high heating, some settings change spontaneously.
It looks like a nice radio, but at £800 UK price, it is the same price as a 100W radio like the FT710 Field after Yaesu cash back.
The YAESU 710 is amazing Value

By the way: the flashing red light on the mike is absolutely annoying...
Hi I haven't had this problem
@@HamTechRadioScannerDrones Watch your own video, without preamp your S-meter does absolutely nothing 😀
