The fact that its isolated over the water for much of the ride messes with your senses and makes it feel much larger than it really is. First drop is incredible. Good airtime moments. Has that B&M smoothness and signature roaring sound. Great ride.
HerbWitGames actually it is counted as a hyper to due to the track and hyper trains, fury is still a giga don't get me wrong, but it uses the B&M hyper track and trains.

Great airtime except for the trims which do hold it back a tad too much. Front row ride is one of my favorite experiences ever on a coaster!
It looks good but not the best. Take this with a grain of salt because the only big coaster I’ve ridden so far is El Toro. I’m planning to go to Knott’s Berry Farm next year, Universal Studios Orlando, Seaworld, Hersheypark, and Dorney Park in 2021. Hopefully I’ll go to at least 3 of these parks.
Just rode this today! Incredible! You seriously feel like you are flying off the rails at certain points....ride this, it will become one of your favorite rides!
When I went in the back row and after every airtime hill it sounded like the car landed back on the track, I got so scared lol but best ride EVER rode it 10 times in a row!

Yeah I did XD. My friends convinced me to go on since I'm not a big fan of roller coasters, and I was not expecting how much air time there was. It was really fun though!
This coaster has a special place for me because it was the first coaster that I got to watch go from a pile of dirt to a massive thrill machine. I was also on the first public train at annual passholder preview night the day before It opened. I have always loved this ride and it will always have a spot at least in my top 10 Edit: also you had to stand in line to get tickets for the passholder preview and I had surgery a couple months earlier so I limped in bandages over to stand in line for it. (ps I got it off just in time for the preview)
This ride was crazy! I went on it on Tuesday for the first time ever and MAN… that ride was absolutely amazing and seeing other ride wait times for 30-40 min and the MAKO only for 5minutes?!!! It showed that many are petrified of this coaster… so sad they’re missing out!
I went on this ride, and once I saw he ride I was like oh god, cuz of that drop. When I was going up for the drop I was hyperventilating, but then once I got down the drop, I realized the drop actually wasn’t that bad. It feels like you’re in space! This coaster gets a 10/10 in my books!
As someone who just went down this today in terrible weather I can assure you that it isn’t that bad. It takes about 15 seconds to get up but the first fall itself isnt that bad. it’s definitely one of the best experiences. When your going down it seems like your floating, definitely the best ride in SeaWorld.
I rode this last night and I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I had never heard of or seen this ride before. As we climb to the first drop I was like of this is going to be fun...maaaaaaan it was a monster. Every drop is pure weightlessness and you feel like you're free falling and it felt like there was no bottom. Just when you think you're safe here comes another and another. I felt my soul leave my body a few times. Even the small drops give you that gut wrenching feeling. Finally it came to an end. As we departed to go check the photos my legs were shaking and my knees were buckling. I look to the screen and I could clearly see myself calling on Jesus. 🤣🤣🤣🤣💀
That drop though, when it dropped I literally thought it was the end for me because I thought the coaster got off the tracks cause it was going way to fast
All coaster restraints are locked magnetically, with a physical locking mechanism, or hydraulically (in this case), so they will keep you in no matter what. Some even have redundant seat belts, meaning the seat belt is basically useless.
Just got out of Seaworld today. Was not what I expected. Drop wasn’t too bad. I rode penguin trek twice when the park opened, then kraken twice then manta, then mako. The only mistake was when I clinched my bottom and stomach at the same time I was putting my legs under neath my seat, causing me to pull some muscles, but it went away after I got out of the mako exit. Other than that, this was way better than I expected. I would highly recommend you do this if you follow my plan of attack.
@@aridowney4822 sometimes when you are a single rider in a group of people you kinda need your phone to find your group when you get off the ride and no one wants to leave a phone in one of the loose article bins to be stolen.... You put it in your pocket and hope for the best 🤷 I've had my phone in my pocket every ride this year and haven't lost it but sometimes crap happens
Kozmo so you would rather take the chance of bringing your phone and losing it and your phone hitting some one at 73 miles per hour than pay for a locker?
Rollercoasters need two line ups: Screamers and non-screamers. If you have to scream every time you feel a little air time, or go through a tunnel, I don’t want to be on your train.
You're braver than me. Biggest coaster I've ever ridden was the Voyage. The drop felt like the hand of god was trying to forcibly pull me out of my seat and into the sky. I had never felt more like I was about to die, and the Voyage was slower than the Mako apparently goes. My friends tried to get me on the Thunderbird later in the day, and I told them they'd have to drag my dead body on that deathtrap
Awesome ride...no fancy loops or hanging feet, but that airtime with just the lap bar had me terrified so terrified I rode it 3 more times. It was the best Rollercoaster at SeaWorld Orlando Florida to me!

when I was riding that I was like “oh this isn’t that b-“ I started screaming my mind out that night I lost my voice, that coaster is so scary!
That drop though, when it dropped I literally thought it was the end for me because I thought the coaster got off the tracks cause it was going way to fast
Don't worry there are others faster like diamond back ttd and kdk ( King da Kah) and formula Rossa goes 149 mph compared with mako it's 70 mph
Looks Like a GP Entered the chat.
My sisters seat unbuckeld near the end before the ride stopped and we haven’t gone on a coaster since then... shes alive though luckily!!!!
All coaster restraints are locked magnetically, with a physical locking mechanism, or hydraulically (in this case), so they will keep you in no matter what. Some even have redundant seat belts, meaning the seat belt is basically useless.
The most GP Comment ive ever seen.
Best coaster I've been on. Top notch ride.
My dad lost his phone on this ride
Kristen Evan r.i.p to your dad's phone
🙏
Well ur not supposed to have them on those roller coasters. His fault.
@@aridowney4822 sometimes when you are a single rider in a group of people you kinda need your phone to find your group when you get off the ride and no one wants to leave a phone in one of the loose article bins to be stolen.... Unless you have money to blow no one's paying that kind of money for a locker just for their cell phone so......
For real it ruins the ride
I'm sorry but I am a screamer
@@randomperson8714 that’s ok. You go on the screaming train.
@@ehess1492 ok
Me: EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
You: /\
Sometimes I am quiet and don't make a sound, it depends on the ride...
You can hear that girls voice get lost in the g force. It's like ahhhhhh!!!! Then uhhhhhh... no air left in there lmao
Rode this 3 times in one day... don't think I'd do it again. That drop literally feels like death. I remember thinking.... "this is the end"
@@lzrshark617 I have to watch the video for that... never heard of it
Awesome ride...no fancy loops or hanging feet, but that airtime with just the lap bar had me terrified so terrified I rode it 3 more times. It was the best Rollercoaster at SeaWorld Orlando Florida to me!
When I went on the mako my head felt as if it was going to explode on the drop
XxDestroyerXX same
Lmao
Amazing!!
What happened to the old Logo and format? it was the best😭
got on this ride today definitely recommend getting on it was anxious tbh but you'd be thanking yourself for going on it
Went on the ride almost a month ago. Best ride ever! Those huge airtime hills were so intense, the back of my shirt lifted! An no other coaster has ever done that to me before!
