    In this episode we're diving into what overwhelm is (and isn't) and why it's not actually about the number of things on your to-do list. I explain the overwhelm cycle of ahhh there's too much to do! Which leads to feeling overwhelmed, shutting down and avoiding doing anything and then not making progress so there being the same amount to do. If this resonates you're not alone :) I give three really easy steps for how to get out of this spin cycle when you're in it. So if you're feeling overwhelmed this season or with your goals - feeling like there's too many things and you don't know where to start, this episode is for you. I also chat through sensory overwhelm - something that I tend to get as an ADHD-er - and some ways that I reduce that too.
