How to plan intuitively (and a hack to do the scary thing!)
Hi and welcome to the Scary Goals Club! I'm so happy you're here.
This is a double drop episode week :) in it I'm giving a personal update about all the fear and self doubt coming up from doing something new that feels super scary (yes, this work is ongoing!), how I noticed it and how I was able to move through it so I could still show up and record this podcast. So if you find yourself holding back from doing something you know you want to do, this episode is for you.
I also dive into a new process I've developed over the last few months: Intuitive Planning. If you've either never planned or over-planned every single aspect of your life and want a flowy, intuitive and fun way of planning that works with your unique brain and energy levels so you can get more results with less energy and work, this is for you.
*** ALSO - I'm launching a new program on the 18th Feb - Focus and Flow Group Coaching ***
This 90-day, intimate, online program is designed to help you heal your relationship with time, embrace intuitive planning, and work with your neurodivergent brain - in a way that feels fun and flowy. So you can make a bigger impact by being more you, shifting your energy and working in a way that feels easy for you.
You’ll learn how to create plans that align with your energy and creativity, ditch the "shoulds," and reconnect with nature and yourself in a way that’s fun, flowy, and sustainable. The program includes weekly group coaching calls, Thursday group focus sessions for deep work (and to finally do the thing you've been putting off...), a supportive group chat for coaching in between sessions, loads of challenges and games to make the whole thing feel like a combo of partying and playing (which makes learning new skills easier).
It's going to be sooo good!

I absolutely love your attitude and mindset. This is 100% what I needed to hear this morning as I get ready to take my 18 year old cat to the vet, he's not doing so well again... gratitude is so important. Losing important people in our lives, changes everything.

Hi and thank you so much for listening and taking the time to write a comment. I'm so sorry to hear about your cat :( 18 years, wow. He's been such a huge huge part of your life - and you for his. Sending so much love for this next phase. One thing I think about is that as hard as grief is, we only experience it because we've known love. 18 years of love in your case. What a gift to have had that.xx
