Does anyone think oak street is overpriced? I don’t have experience with them but at $500 that’s basically In nicks prices and I already know they aren’t putting as much leather in the boot as nicks. And with truman and parkhurst being at $400 for similar boots, it makes me question oak street.
I believe they are hand lasting a lot of models. That’s going to likely have a impact on costs. Honestly Truman is in such a sweet spot. The quality of materials is wild, I don’t think it’s a negative they use more of an automated manufacturing method. Quality seems top notch.
Truman is also basically in 500 category. Their boots are on average 460 dollars before taxes. I would try Oak Street, but unfortunately they don’t have wide sizes
Parkhurst is Spanish made which is cheaper than US made. I don’t know about Nick’s, but Whites is over $600. I don’t have any Oak Street but these boots in horse butt look incredible.
Oak Street's stitch quality is above Nick's. Overall the new versions how they last, clicking and stitching have all been impeccable. Nick's is amazing and solid but there is a difference. I would put the Oak Street's I have above my 3 Parkhurst's and all but one of my Grant Stone's when it comes to how beautiful they were assembled. In terms of fit though my Frank's are a league above all of them.
Doc martens are bad yeah but ive had my pair of solovair 11 eyed derby boots for 5 years and daily wore them for about 2 years straight, hiked rough in them 10- 15 times and still wear them often they hold up great
I saw a pair of Heritage boots today from a Very well known Northwest boot company that doesnt have any Heritage boots in their current line. Idk when they will be out. All i was told was SOON, and to stay tuned. It want a picture of a boot, i actually held it in my hand.
@@BootSpy if your in the market for a cap toe heritage boot made in SPOKANE, stay tuned. I told the salesman i wish they had heritage boots. He ran to the back and came out holding a captoe boot in 3 different colors and said, do you mean like these and laughed. I said when. He said SOON and stay tuned. Im 300% sure ;) im gonna get a pair in coffee tanned leather as soon as they are released. Kinda glad it'll be a little while i just bought a pair of Forefront boots ;) and my boot budget is gone for now. That should be enough hints for you to figure it out.
I'm here for the pie. Pie revews, pie visuals, pie charts. You can't just tease us with "I've eaten pie for 10 days straight" and think we wouldn't be deeply affected 😅

Truman just dropped a public MTO for a crazy nice military horse rump. Insanely nice.

What's that jacket your wearing? Tks
I want to know also!
I don’t remember the name but it’s from Frank and Oak

The Ridgeway design is based on 90 miles of ancient 5000 year old roads in southern England. Apparently.
