It’s incredible that the animators managed to reproduce the differents drawings styles,
but they have also animated perfectly exactly the same movements of each cartoons
some even better than the original, like the powerpuffs scene.

I love how this song has become known even to people who are not followers of Jinkx. In my country, many teenagers who have sexist/homophobic thoughts, love this song, even knowing that their singer is a beautiful drag queen, and that gives me a light of hope. I love you very much Jinkx!
Do you have any idea why it has become so famous? Last time I checked about a year ago it had ~ 1M.

I can suggest a few that might rival this. 'Try Geeks in Love', by Lemon Demon. Dates back to the Newgrounds days. Video is more a salute to fans than the shows themselves, but, I remember it fondly. This is incredible, though. Awesome animation, and, it got me to buy the album on iTunes on my phone.
Edit to clarify : Animation in Geeks in Love vid nowhere near on levels this one is; I meant rival this as an awesome tribute to fan culture.

as a server who struggles with alcoholism,, this song really speaks to me. i spend all day putting on a nice face for customers and the wear and tear of that emotionally leads me to drink. i know jinkx recently became sober and i hope to get there soon myself

First is the gun by the oval mirror used in the Rick and Morty reference
Second is the dress on the rack that is worn in the Sailor Moon reference
Third is the screen by the trees in the Jetsons reference
Fourth is the XXX bottle by the chest drunk by Jinkx in the Popeye reference
Fifth is the large square makeup mirror from the Betty Boop reference
Sixth is the red gloves on the ground by the rack used in the Dexter's Laboratory reference
Seventh is the dragonball in the chest for the Dragonball Z reference

I love that this video has started popping up in my feed again. Such a great song and video. I’m a huge fan of Jinkx and a huge cartoon nerd so of course I love it.
