😂😂😂 BEING Hot and Rich doesn't mean you have Talent... plus there was no real demo in this video only him strumming to a back track. Isolate his part without drums and guitar and then call me. Oh did I insult your crush? 😂 My bad
@@NEURAcode He knows how to play Bass. He too has good looks. He is the ideal bass player that bands need to have. This guy is super good looking. April 2024. USA
Why is everyone criticising the bass when they haven't heard it? A PJ bass, they generally don't suck, in fact its a classic pickup combination. You honestly can't go wrong. The bass looks killer too. It's a new spin on the classic Thunderbird design. A lot of companies do their own spin on it and the Sixx model looks sick. Another plus is people might actually be able to afford one of these as supposed to the Gibson.
It's crazy that you talk about watching someone playing live and blaming an instrument while you must blame the PA system, the amplifiers, the guitar techs and the sound engineers!! Thunderbird, it's a name, a piece of mahogany, two pickups, and a lot of marketing.
Jackson King V looks like Gibson Flying V. PRS McCarthy looks like Gibson Les Paul. So I don't see see anything bad with Schecter Sixx looking like Gibson Thunderbird... Weldone Nikki you gat yourself a beautiful Bass ♥
The basic Eppi Bird has a neck so wide it makes a P Bass feel like it has an Ibanez neck. The T-Bird Pro 4 has a much narrower Thru neck, and is a great bass for the money with much more sustain.
I think Gibson is more straight when it comes to their models. I don't think Sixx had the opportunity to, for instance, change the balance as he did with Schecter. That might be the reason for why he did Schecter. Maybe Sixx just wanted to try something new too? I am a huge Gibson myself, and play a Thunderbird. But it's just a name, and there might be brands and models out there thats waaay better for me than Gibson Thunderbird. What do you think?
and TRUST ME...Nikki gets the Custom Shop version with Graphite Reinforcements Rods in the neck, Hipshot Tuners, and of course his "Optigrab" behind the bridge...The BUYING PUBLIC gets the mass produced shit version with none of those features.
I havent been a big fan of Gibson products lately. I was gonna buy the Les Paul Studio but then i got my hands on a PRS Se 245. Felt better sounded better and almost half the price
Nikki is my idol when it comes to bass playing but going from one of the greatest and most well know guitar companies to a cut rate instrument that looks like the restated version of the thunderbird made me lose some respect for the man but still am awesome bass player
hes just doing what he learned from GENE SIMMONS, selling all kind of things with his name and let the money come .that bass looks ugly and cheap . SIMON GALLUP ( the CURE ) is doing the same , he is not playing his Gibson thunderbird basses in live shows recently and also has a model from Schecter .saw the Cure a few months ago and those Schecter basses didnt sound great , just normal tone , and simple designs , the Gibson Thunderbird is a far better instrument with lots of growl and punch
I love Nikki Sixx ❤️🤘 and mötley crüe 🤘
I came here to hear Nikki play the bass. Bummer.
And he plays much better now than when he started Crue......
Why are you haters ripping on Nikki... He's hot, rich, and talented. Jealous?....
Late but probably ()

Schecter guitars are highly underrated and it upsets me in all honesty
I love the pj combination. Shit is sick.

I love Nikki Sixx and love the crue❤️
Special Comment: This guy has good looks. He may be the ideal rocker that metal bands need to have. 2024
he has the look sure

I absolutely love and adore Motley Ctue and Nikki's playing. His Schecter model of bass has not reached it's potential. Just my opinion, I know.
What's the name of the song? 🤔
just curious, what song was that? :)
it sounded like the intro to dr feelgood
What is the name of the background song?
Less talk and actual playing would of been awesome.
Is the Epiphone Thunderbird a good bass?
Bjorn Voss yes it's an amazing bass! It sounds big and definitely has that punch that can cut through the guitars on the low end. I love mine

Not a second of this fool actually playing
spector basses...... your 1st and last bass
This bass is uglier than Gibson's but I love the red one, it just looks killer!
it looks like a copy of Gibson thunderbird
I love the style of Nikki Sixx, GREAT musician, GREAT guy...This bass is SO BORING!
He just needed a bass that he can give to the fans ... come on! nobody would gift a Gibson Thunderbird Custom hahaha
Dude Stop with the Plastic Surgery, your gonna look like Kenny Rogers!!!!
This review really sucked. Could not even hear him play the bass, and did not even talk about any of the features?
He is hardly EVER shown actually playing .........

How much they need to pay for Nikki Sixx play that bass?
It would’ve been helpful if you actually played this bass.
He should have just stayed with Gibson.
So many bass player type comments on here.
